《勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)(tong)法》用了(le)(le)一節的(de)篇幅對非全(quan)日(ri)(ri)制用工(gong)進(jin)行了(le)(le)規定(ding),從中足以看出立法者(zhe)對非全(quan)日(ri)(ri)制用工(gong)的(de)重視(shi)程度。值得(de)注意(yi)的(de)是(shi),《勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)(tong)法》規定(ding):“非全(quan)日(ri)(ri)制用工(gong)雙方(fang)當事人任何(he)一方(fang)都可以隨(sui)時通知(zhi)對方(fang)終(zhong)止用工(gong)。終(zhong)止用工(gong),用人單位不向勞(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)支付(fu)經(jing)濟補(bu)償。”
