1、勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者患病或(huo)非因(yin)工(gong)負傷,醫療期滿(man)后(hou)不(bu)能(neng)(neng)從(cong)事原工(gong)作,也不(bu)能(neng)(neng)從(cong)事由用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)單(dan)(dan)(dan)位另行安排的(de)(de)工(gong)作的(de)(de); 2、勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)訂(ding)立(li)(li)時所(suo)依據的(de)(de)客觀情況(kuang)(kuang)發生(sheng)重大變化,致使原勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)無法履行,經當事人(ren)(ren)(ren)協(xie)商(shang)不(bu)能(neng)(neng)就變更勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)達成協(xie)議的(de)(de); 3、用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)單(dan)(dan)(dan)位符合裁(cai)減人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)條件而被(bei)裁(cai)員(yuan)的(de)(de); 4、用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)單(dan)(dan)(dan)位因(yin)破產(chan)(chan)、解(jie)散或(huo)被(bei)撤銷(xiao)(xiao)與勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者終(zhong)止勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)的(de)(de); 6、應當訂(ding)立(li)(li)書面勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)而未(wei)訂(ding)立(li)(li)的(de)(de),用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)單(dan)(dan)(dan)位提出(chu)終(zhong)止勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)關系,支付未(wei)訂(ding)立(li)(li)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)期間(jian)的(de)(de)經濟補償金。 5、用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)單(dan)(dan)(dan)位因(yin)被(bei)工(gong)商(shang)行政部(bu)門吊銷(xiao)(xiao)營業執照(zhao)實際處于無法生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)經營狀況(kuang)(kuang)而與勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者終(zhong)止勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)的(de)(de)。
