職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)有(you)下列情形之一(yi)的(de),不(bu)享受(shou)當年(nian)的(de)年(nian)休(xiu)假(jia): (一(yi))職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)依法享受(shou)寒(han)暑假(jia),其(qi)休(xiu)假(jia)天數多于年(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)天數的(de); (二)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)請(qing)事(shi)假(jia)累計(ji)20天以(yi)(yi)上且單(dan)位按照(zhao)規定不(bu)扣工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資的(de); (三(san))累計(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作滿(man)1年(nian)不(bu)滿(man)10年(nian)的(de)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),請(qing)病假(jia)累計(ji)2個月(yue)以(yi)(yi)上的(de); (四)累計(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作滿(man)10年(nian)不(bu)滿(man)20年(nian)的(de)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),請(qing)病假(jia)累計(ji)3個月(yue)以(yi)(yi)上的(de); (五)累計(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作滿(man)20年(nian)以(yi)(yi)上的(de)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),請(qing)病假(jia)累計(ji)4個月(yue)以(yi)(yi)上的(de)。
