首(shou)先非(fei)全日制用(yong)(yong)工(gong)雙(shuang)方(fang)當事(shi)人可以(yi)訂立口頭(tou)協議。其次非(fei)全日制用(yong)(yong)工(gong)雙(shuang)方(fang)當事(shi)人不得約定(ding)試用(yong)(yong)期,非(fei)全日制用(yong)(yong)工(gong)小時計酬標(biao)準不得低于(yu)用(yong)(yong)人單位所在地人民(min)政府(fu)規(gui)定(ding)的(de)最低小時工(gong)資標(biao)準。非(fei)全日制用(yong)(yong)工(gong)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)報酬結算支付周(zhou)期最長不得超過十(shi)五日。最后(hou)從事(shi)非(fei)全日制工(gong)作的(de)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)者應(ying)當參(can)(can)加基本養(yang)老保險,原則上參(can)(can)照個體工(gong)商戶的(de)參(can)(can)保辦法執行。
