可(ke)以。按照(zhao)(zhao)《勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)法》規定:勞(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)在該單位的實(shi)際工(gong)(gong)(gong)齡(ling)支付經濟(ji)補(bu)(bu)償(chang)(chang)金(jin),每做滿一(yi)(yi)(yi)年(nian)補(bu)(bu)償(chang)(chang)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)月(yue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資,不滿半年(nian)補(bu)(bu)償(chang)(chang)半個(ge)月(yue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資,滿半年(nian)不滿一(yi)(yi)(yi)年(nian)算一(yi)(yi)(yi)年(nian)補(bu)(bu)償(chang)(chang)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)月(yue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資。另外(wai)單位應當提前30天書面通(tong)知(zhi)勞(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)解(jie)(jie)除勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong),否則就(jiu)要(yao)再(zai)額外(wai)支付一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)月(yue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資作(zuo)為待(dai)(dai)通(tong)知(zhi)金(jin)。經濟(ji)補(bu)(bu)償(chang)(chang)金(jin)按照(zhao)(zhao)解(jie)(jie)除勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)前12個(ge)月(yue)的稅前總收(shou)入(包(bao)括基本工(gong)(gong)(gong)資、獎金(jin)、補(bu)(bu)貼、加(jia)班費、去年(nian)年(nian)終獎在內(nei))除以12得到一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)月(yue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資,再(zai)乘以工(gong)(gong)(gong)齡(ling)系(xi)數。待(dai)(dai)通(tong)知(zhi)金(jin)按照(zhao)(zhao)上個(ge)月(yue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資計算。
