什么情形下單位可以減扣工資?

答 我知道的有三(san)種情(qing)形:1、勞(lao)動者(zhe)因(yin)個(ge)人(ren)主觀原因(yin)未能完成工(gong)(gong)作任務,單位(wei)可以(yi)扣(kou)減(jian)其工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi),但扣(kou)除(chu)后剩余工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)不(bu)能低(di)(di)(di)于(yu)當地最低(di)(di)(di)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)標準(zhun);2、因(yin)勞(lao)動者(zhe)本人(ren)原因(yin)給用人(ren)單位(wei)造成經(jing)濟損(sun)失時,用人(ren)單位(wei)可以(yi)扣(kou)減(jian)勞(lao)動者(zhe)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi),但每(mei)月扣(kou)減(jian)的工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)不(bu)超過勞(lao)動者(zhe)當月工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)的20%,并且扣(kou)減(jian)后的工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)不(bu)得低(di)(di)(di)于(yu)當地最低(di)(di)(di)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)標準(zhun);3、勞(lao)動者(zhe)請事(shi)假等相應扣(kou)減(jian)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)。
