什么情形下單位可以減扣工資?

我(wo)想咨詢一(yi)下,大(da)家知(zhi)道都是哪些情形,用人單位可以減(jian)扣勞動(dong)人員(yuan)的工(gong)資?

我知道的(de)有三種情形:1、勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)者因(yin)(yin)(yin)個人(ren)主觀原因(yin)(yin)(yin)未能完成工(gong)(gong)(gong)作任務,單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)可(ke)以扣減(jian)其(qi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi),但扣除后剩余工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)不(bu)能低(di)于(yu)當地(di)最低(di)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)標準(zhun)(zhun);2、因(yin)(yin)(yin)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)者本人(ren)原因(yin)(yin)(yin)給用(yong)人(ren)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)造(zao)成經濟損失時,用(yong)人(ren)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)可(ke)以扣減(jian)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)者工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi),但每月扣減(jian)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)不(bu)超過勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)者當月工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)的(de)20%,并且(qie)扣減(jian)后的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)不(bu)得低(di)于(yu)當地(di)最低(di)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)標準(zhun)(zhun);3、勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)者請事假等相(xiang)應(ying)扣減(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)。
