所有的(de)任務都歸類到四個象限(xian)中(zhong)的(de)其中(zhong)一個:不(bu)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要(yao),不(bu)緊(jin)急(ji)(ji);不(bu)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要(yao),但緊(jin)急(ji)(ji);重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要(yao),不(bu)緊(jin)急(ji)(ji);重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要(yao),且緊(jin)急(ji)(ji)。去掉那些既(ji)不(bu)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)也不(bu)緊(jin)急(ji)(ji)的(de)事(shi)(shi)情,推遲那些不(bu)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)但緊(jin)急(ji)(ji)的(de)事(shi)(shi)情,盡(jin)量(liang)避(bi)免讓那些重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)事(shi)(shi)情變得緊(jin)急(ji)(ji),盡(jin)可能快的(de)完成那些重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)但不(bu)緊(jin)急(ji)(ji)的(de)事(shi)(shi)項。
