《勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)法》第二(er)十條中規(gui)定(ding)(ding):勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)的期(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)限分為(wei)有固(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)(ding)期(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)限、無固(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)(ding)期(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)限和以完成一定(ding)(ding)的工作為(wei)期(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)限。勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)在同(tong)一用人單(dan)位連續工作滿十年以上(shang),當(dang)事(shi)人雙(shuang)方同(tong)意續延勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)的,如(ru)果勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)提出訂立無固(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)(ding)期(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)限的勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong),應當(dang)訂立無固(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)(ding)期(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)限的勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)。
