最低工資標準能包含加班費嗎?

我是(shi)一名(ming)試(shi)用期(qi)員工(gong)(gong),現在山東省一家私企工(gong)(gong)作,公(gong)司發給試(shi)用期(qi)員工(gong)(gong)的(de)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)是(shi)最(zui)低(di)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)標準(zhun),端午節期(qi)間(jian)我一直(zhi)都在公(gong)司加班(ban),最(zui)低(di)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)標準(zhun)能包含加班(ban)費嗎?

勞動和(he)社會保(bao)障部頒布的(de)(de)《最低(di)工(gong)資(zi)規(gui)定(ding)》第十二條(tiao)規(gui)定(ding): 在勞動者(zhe)提供(gong)正常勞動的(de)(de)情況下(xia),用(yong)人單位(wei)應支付給勞動者(zhe)的(de)(de)工(gong)資(zi)在剔除下(xia)列(lie)各項以后,不得低(di)于當(dang)地最低(di)工(gong)資(zi)標準(zhun): (一)延長工(gong)作時(shi)間工(gong)資(zi); (二)中班、夜班、高(gao)溫、低(di)溫、井(jing)下(xia)、有毒有害等特殊工(gong)作環境(jing)、條(tiao)件下(xia)的(de)(de)津貼; (三)法(fa)律、法(fa)規(gui)和(he)國家(jia)規(gui)定(ding)的(de)(de)勞動者(zhe)福利待遇等。 所以你的(de)(de)工(gong)資(zi)不應包含(han)加班費。
