是可以的,根據我的了解,用人單位(wei)經職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)同意不安排年休(xiu)假(jia)或(huo)者安排職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)年休(xiu)假(jia)天(tian)(tian)數(shu)少于應休(xiu)年休(xiu)假(jia)天(tian)(tian)數(shu),應當在(zai)本年度內對職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)應休(xiu)未(wei)休(xiu)年休(xiu)假(jia)天(tian)(tian)數(shu),按照其日工(gong)(gong)資收(shou)入的300%支付未(wei)休(xiu)年休(xiu)假(jia)工(gong)(gong)資報酬(chou),其中包含用人單位(wei)支付職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)正(zheng)常工(gong)(gong)作期(qi)間的工(gong)(gong)資收(shou)入。
