勞動合同是試用期滿后再簽嗎?

剛剛入(ru)職,公司人(ren)力資源部說合(he)(he)同等試(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)期(qi)滿(man),被合(he)(he)格錄用(yong)時簽(qian)訂,如果試(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)期(qi)都沒通過,簽(qian)合(he)(he)同也沒用(yong)。那這樣我的試(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)期(qi)不是就白干了(le)?是應該(gai)試(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)期(qi)滿(man)后再簽(qian)勞動合(he)(he)同嗎?
