標準工作時間以外的加班應該給多少工資?

《工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)支(zhi)(zhi)付(fu)暫行規(gui)定》規(gui)定,用(yong)人(ren)單位依法安(an)排(pai)勞(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)在(zai)(zai)標(biao)準(zhun)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)以(yi)外工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de),應當(dang)按(an)照(zhao)下列標(biao)準(zhun)支(zhi)(zhi)付(fu)勞(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)加班工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi): (1)在(zai)(zai)日標(biao)準(zhun)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)以(yi)外延長工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de),按(an)照(zhao)不(bu)低于小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)基(ji)數的(de)(de)150%支(zhi)(zhi)付(fu)加班工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi); (2)在(zai)(zai)休息(xi)日工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de),應當(dang)安(an)排(pai)其同等(deng)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)補(bu)休,不(bu)能(neng)安(an)排(pai)補(bu)休的(de)(de),按(an)照(zhao)不(bu)低于日或者(zhe)小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)基(ji)數的(de)(de)200%支(zhi)(zhi)付(fu)加班工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi); (3)在(zai)(zai)法定休假日工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de),應當(dang)按(an)照(zhao)不(bu)低于日或者(zhe)小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)基(ji)數的(de)(de)300%支(zhi)(zhi)付(fu)加班工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)。
