青島勞務市場曬月薪:鋼筋工工資比門衛高5千多

又到了一年招工季,對于求職者來說,能否找到合適的工作關系到自己的未來,而對于用人單位而言,能夠順利攬才關乎企業今后的發展。山東省青島市人力資源市場2015年度供求分析報告近日出爐,分析顯示,目前青島市制造業崗位需求降低,服務業崗位需求在增加。

企業轉型升級增加技術崗需求

2015年,全市(shi)共有22826家次(ci)用人單位(wei)通過各級(ji)人力資(zi)源市(shi)場招聘,提供有效(xiao)招聘崗(gang)位(wei)481430個(ge)次(ci),求職配(pei)置438379人次(ci),求職成功率39.82%,同(tong)比上升(sheng)0.79個(ge)百分點;崗(gang)位(wei)滿足率36.26%,同(tong)比降低0.25個(ge)百分點;求人倍率1.10,同(tong)比上升(sheng)0.03;平均工資(zi)交易價位(wei)3003元/月(yue),同(tong)比增長11.55%。

從(cong)工種看,操(cao)作(zuo)類(lei)(lei)、管(guan)理類(lei)(lei)崗(gang)位(wei)需(xu)求比(bi)(bi)(bi)重(zhong)下(xia)降(jiang)。操(cao)作(zuo)類(lei)(lei)崗(gang)位(wei)204228個(ge)次,占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)42.21%,所(suo)占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)比(bi)(bi)(bi)重(zhong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)降(jiang)低(di)(di)6.82個(ge)百分(fen)點(dian);管(guan)理類(lei)(lei)崗(gang)位(wei)15099個(ge)次,占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)3.14%,所(suo)占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)比(bi)(bi)(bi)重(zhong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)降(jiang)低(di)(di)0.41個(ge)百分(fen)點(dian)。專(zhuan)業技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)類(lei)(lei)、辦事類(lei)(lei)崗(gang)位(wei)、商業服務類(lei)(lei)需(xu)求比(bi)(bi)(bi)重(zhong)上(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)。專(zhuan)業技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)類(lei)(lei)崗(gang)位(wei)58873個(ge)次,占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)12.23%,所(suo)占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)比(bi)(bi)(bi)重(zhong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)上(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)0.34個(ge)百分(fen)點(dian)。辦事類(lei)(lei)崗(gang)位(wei)49310個(ge)次,占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)10.24%,所(suo)占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)比(bi)(bi)(bi)重(zhong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)上(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)0.87個(ge)百分(fen)點(dian);商業服務類(lei)(lei)崗(gang)位(wei)144762個(ge)次,占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)30.07%,同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)4.35%,所(suo)占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)比(bi)(bi)(bi)重(zhong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)上(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)4.4個(ge)百分(fen)點(dian)。“隨著我市部分(fen)行業、企(qi)業轉型升(sheng)(sheng)級和(he)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)更新,技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)、設備(bei)替(ti)代(dai)人(ren)工效果明顯,在一(yi)(yi)定程度上(shang)造(zao)成崗(gang)位(wei)和(he)就業縮減(jian)的情況,普通(tong)操(cao)作(zuo)崗(gang)位(wei)減(jian)少,管(guan)理、技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)技(ji)(ji)(ji)能(neng)崗(gang)位(wei)需(xu)求增(zeng)加。”市就業服務中心工作(zuo)人(ren)員表示,如青(qing)島宏(hong)泰銅業有限公(gong)司為銅管(guan)及(ji)制冷設備(bei)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)企(qi)業,自(zi)2012年(nian)以來陸續引進(jin)高(gao)精度多規格(ge)管(guan)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)流(liu)水線,生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)向全(quan)自(zi)動(dong)化轉變,普通(tong)操(cao)作(zuo)崗(gang)位(wei)逐(zhu)步淘汰,主要崗(gang)位(wei)為專(zhuan)業技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)人(ren)員、技(ji)(ji)(ji)能(neng)操(cao)作(zuo)人(ren)員。青(qing)島明月海藻(zao)集團有限公(gong)司引進(jin)國外(wai)先進(jin)工藝及(ji)管(guan)理后(hou),單位(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)率(lv)提高(gao)20%,生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)線崗(gang)位(wei)減(jian)少近三分(fen)之一(yi)(yi)。

大專學歷求職者比重增加

從2015年勞(lao)動力(li)供給(gei)情況看,呈現出低年齡段求職(zhi)比(bi)重(zhong)持續下(xia)降(jiang)、本地農村勞(lao)動力(li)求職(zhi)升幅較大(da)、大(da)專文化程(cheng)度求職(zhi)比(bi)重(zhong)上升等特(te)點。

據市就業(ye)服務(wu)中心(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)分析(xi),青島市勞動密集型企業(ye)主要(yao)從業(ye)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)為農(nong)民工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),結構性缺工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)突(tu)出,主要(yao)體現(xian)在性別(bie)需求(qiu)失(shi)衡(heng),女工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)需求(qiu)過大(da)。多數崗位女工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)需求(qiu)量較(jiao)(jiao)大(da),服裝加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、水產加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、餐飲服務(wu)、營業(ye)員(yuan)(yuan)等工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)種(zhong)主要(yao)為女工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),供給(gei)缺口較(jiao)(jiao)大(da)。其次是年(nian)齡需求(qiu)失(shi)衡(heng),青壯工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)需求(qiu)過大(da)。企業(ye)招(zhao)(zhao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)計劃中,年(nian)齡35周歲(sui)以下需求(qiu)高達90%,需求(qiu)較(jiao)(jiao)大(da)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)種(zhong),企業(ye)普遍招(zhao)(zhao)收(shou)16-30歲(sui)年(nian)齡段(duan)的年(nian)輕農(nong)民工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。

銷售總監室內裝飾工資增幅高

青島市(shi)勞務市(shi)場共有(you)招聘(pin)工種1393個,2015年的平均工資交(jiao)易價(jia)位3003元/月,同(tong)比增(zeng)長11.55%。

規劃建設靈活務工市場

對此,青島市(shi)下一步(bu)將進行勞動力資源初始信(xin)(xin)息采集(ji)、關(guan)聯(lian)信(xin)(xin)息采集(ji)、入戶信(xin)(xin)息采集(ji)摸底(di)。在(zai)全面摸清全市(shi)勞動力資源底(di)數和(he)就業(ye)創業(ye)培訓等需求狀況(kuang)基(ji)礎上,實(shi)行全市(shi)勞動力資源信(xin)(xin)息動態管(guan)理。同(tong)時(shi),在(zai)前期全面摸清重點建設(she)項目(mu)基(ji)本(ben)情況(kuang)的基(ji)礎上,進一步(bu)對重點建設(she)項目(mu)實(shi)施“精”、“實(shi)”、“特”服務。
