青島勞務市場曬月薪:鋼筋工工資比門衛高5千多

又到了一年招工季,對于求職者來說,能否找到合適的工作關系到自己的未來,而對于用人單位而言,能夠順利攬才關乎企業今后的發展。山東省青島市人力資源市場2015年度供求分析報告近日出爐,分析顯示,目前青島市制造業崗位需求降低,服務業崗位需求在增加。

企業轉型升級增加技術崗需求

2015年,全市共(gong)有22826家次用(yong)人單位(wei)通過各級(ji)人力資源市場招(zhao)聘,提(ti)供有效(xiao)招(zhao)聘崗位(wei)481430個(ge)次,求(qiu)職配(pei)置438379人次,求(qiu)職成功率(lv)39.82%,同(tong)(tong)(tong)比上升0.79個(ge)百分點;崗位(wei)滿(man)足率(lv)36.26%,同(tong)(tong)(tong)比降低0.25個(ge)百分點;求(qiu)人倍率(lv)1.10,同(tong)(tong)(tong)比上升0.03;平均(jun)工資交易(yi)價位(wei)3003元/月,同(tong)(tong)(tong)比增長11.55%。

從(cong)工種看,操(cao)作(zuo)類(lei)、管理類(lei)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)需求比重下降(jiang)。操(cao)作(zuo)類(lei)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)204228個(ge)(ge)次(ci),占(zhan)(zhan)42.21%,所(suo)占(zhan)(zhan)比重同(tong)比降(jiang)低(di)6.82個(ge)(ge)百(bai)分點;管理類(lei)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)15099個(ge)(ge)次(ci),占(zhan)(zhan)3.14%,所(suo)占(zhan)(zhan)比重同(tong)比降(jiang)低(di)0.41個(ge)(ge)百(bai)分點。專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)技(ji)術類(lei)、辦(ban)事類(lei)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)、商(shang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)服(fu)務(wu)類(lei)需求比重上(shang)(shang)升。專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)技(ji)術類(lei)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)58873個(ge)(ge)次(ci),占(zhan)(zhan)12.23%,所(suo)占(zhan)(zhan)比重同(tong)比上(shang)(shang)升0.34個(ge)(ge)百(bai)分點。辦(ban)事類(lei)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)49310個(ge)(ge)次(ci),占(zhan)(zhan)10.24%,所(suo)占(zhan)(zhan)比重同(tong)比上(shang)(shang)升0.87個(ge)(ge)百(bai)分點;商(shang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)服(fu)務(wu)類(lei)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)144762個(ge)(ge)次(ci),占(zhan)(zhan)30.07%,同(tong)比增4.35%,所(suo)占(zhan)(zhan)比重同(tong)比上(shang)(shang)升4.4個(ge)(ge)百(bai)分點。“隨著我市部分行業(ye)(ye)(ye)、企業(ye)(ye)(ye)轉型(xing)升級(ji)和(he)技(ji)術更新(xin),技(ji)術、設備替代人(ren)(ren)工效果明(ming)顯,在(zai)一定(ding)程度上(shang)(shang)造(zao)成(cheng)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)和(he)就業(ye)(ye)(ye)縮減的情況,普通(tong)操(cao)作(zuo)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)減少(shao),管理、技(ji)術技(ji)能(neng)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)需求增加。”市就業(ye)(ye)(ye)服(fu)務(wu)中(zhong)心工作(zuo)人(ren)(ren)員表示,如青島宏泰銅業(ye)(ye)(ye)有(you)(you)限公司為銅管及(ji)制冷(leng)設備生產(chan)(chan)企業(ye)(ye)(ye),自2012年(nian)以來陸續引(yin)(yin)進(jin)高(gao)(gao)精度多規格管生產(chan)(chan)流(liu)水線(xian),生產(chan)(chan)向全(quan)自動化(hua)轉變,普通(tong)操(cao)作(zuo)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)逐(zhu)步淘汰,主要崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)為專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)技(ji)術人(ren)(ren)員、技(ji)能(neng)操(cao)作(zuo)人(ren)(ren)員。青島明(ming)月海藻集團有(you)(you)限公司引(yin)(yin)進(jin)國外先進(jin)工藝及(ji)管理后(hou),單(dan)位(wei)(wei)生產(chan)(chan)率(lv)提高(gao)(gao)20%,生產(chan)(chan)線(xian)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)減少(shao)近三分之(zhi)一。

大專學歷求職者比重增加

從2015年勞(lao)動力供給情況看,呈現出低(di)年齡段求(qiu)職比重(zhong)持續(xu)下(xia)降、本(ben)地農(nong)村勞(lao)動力求(qiu)職升幅較大、大專文化程度求(qiu)職比重(zhong)上(shang)升等特點。

從(cong)性(xing)別看,女性(xing)求(qiu)職(zhi)比(bi)(bi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)上(shang)升(sheng)。女性(xing)求(qiu)職(zhi)213622人(ren)(ren)次,占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)48.73%,所(suo)占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)比(bi)(bi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)同(tong)比(bi)(bi)上(shang)升(sheng)1.07個(ge)百分(fen)(fen)點(dian)(dian)(dian)。男(nan)性(xing)求(qiu)職(zhi)224757人(ren)(ren)次,51.27%。從(cong)年(nian)齡(ling)看,占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)低年(nian)齡(ling)段(duan)(duan)求(qiu)職(zhi)近(jin)年(nian)來降低趨勢明顯,其(qi)中25歲(sui)以(yi)下年(nian)齡(ling)段(duan)(duan)求(qiu)職(zhi)72508人(ren)(ren)次,占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)16.54%,所(suo)占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)比(bi)(bi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)同(tong)比(bi)(bi)降低1.38個(ge)百分(fen)(fen)點(dian)(dian)(dian);25-36歲(sui)年(nian)齡(ling)段(duan)(duan)求(qiu)職(zhi)189511人(ren)(ren)次,占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)43.23%,所(suo)占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)比(bi)(bi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)同(tong)比(bi)(bi)上(shang)升(sheng)1.1個(ge)百分(fen)(fen)點(dian)(dian)(dian);36-45歲(sui)年(nian)齡(ling)段(duan)(duan)求(qiu)職(zhi)108192人(ren)(ren)次,占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)24.68%,所(suo)占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)比(bi)(bi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)同(tong)比(bi)(bi)降低0.84個(ge)百分(fen)(fen)點(dian)(dian)(dian);45歲(sui)以(yi)上(shang)年(nian)齡(ling)段(duan)(duan)求(qiu)職(zhi)68168人(ren)(ren)次,占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)15.55%,所(suo)占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)比(bi)(bi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)同(tong)比(bi)(bi)上(shang)升(sheng)1.12個(ge)百分(fen)(fen)點(dian)(dian)(dian)。從(cong)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)看,本地農(nong)村勞動力(li)求(qiu)職(zhi)164341人(ren)(ren)次,占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)37.49%,同(tong)比(bi)(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)31.40%,所(suo)占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)比(bi)(bi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)同(tong)比(bi)(bi)上(shang)升(sheng)12.75個(ge)百分(fen)(fen)點(dian)(dian)(dian)。從(cong)文(wen)化(hua)程(cheng)度看,勞務市場(chang)的(de)大(da)專文(wen)化(hua)程(cheng)度求(qiu)職(zhi)比(bi)(bi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)上(shang)升(sheng)。其(qi)中,大(da)專文(wen)化(hua)程(cheng)度求(qiu)職(zhi)72508人(ren)(ren)次,占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)16.54%,所(suo)占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)比(bi)(bi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)上(shang)升(sheng)1.42個(ge)百分(fen)(fen)點(dian)(dian)(dian);另(ling)外,高中文(wen)化(hua)程(cheng)度求(qiu)職(zhi)144446人(ren)(ren)次,占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)32.95%,所(suo)占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)比(bi)(bi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)上(shang)升(sheng)0.20個(ge)百分(fen)(fen)點(dian)(dian)(dian)。

據市(shi)就業(ye)服務(wu)中(zhong)心工(gong)作人員分(fen)析,青島市(shi)勞動密集型企(qi)業(ye)主要(yao)從業(ye)人員為農民工(gong),結(jie)構性(xing)缺工(gong)突出(chu),主要(yao)體現(xian)在性(xing)別(bie)需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)(qiu)失衡,女工(gong)需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)(qiu)過(guo)大。多數崗位女工(gong)需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)(qiu)量較大,服裝加工(gong)、水產加工(gong)、餐飲服務(wu)、營業(ye)員等工(gong)種(zhong)主要(yao)為女工(gong),供給缺口較大。其次是年(nian)齡(ling)需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)(qiu)失衡,青壯工(gong)需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)(qiu)過(guo)大。企(qi)業(ye)招(zhao)工(gong)計劃(hua)中(zhong),年(nian)齡(ling)35周(zhou)歲(sui)以下需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)(qiu)高達90%,需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)(qiu)較大的(de)工(gong)種(zhong),企(qi)業(ye)普遍招(zhao)收16-30歲(sui)年(nian)齡(ling)段的(de)年(nian)輕農民工(gong)。

銷售總監室內裝飾工資增幅高

青島市勞務市場(chang)共有招聘工種1393個(ge),2015年的平(ping)均工資(zi)交易價(jia)位(wei)3003元/月,同比增長11.55%。

從行業(ye)看,制造業(ye)平(ping)(ping)均(jun)招(zhao)聘工資為(wei)(wei)3398元/月(yue)(yue),同比增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)18.77%;服(fu)務(wu)業(ye)平(ping)(ping)均(jun)招(zhao)聘工資為(wei)(wei)2742元/月(yue)(yue),同比增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)5.29%。其(qi)中,衛(wei)生社會保障福利業(ye)、信息傳輸計算機軟件業(ye)、房地產業(ye)平(ping)(ping)均(jun)工資最高,分別(bie)為(wei)(wei)3324元/月(yue)(yue)、3183元/月(yue)(yue)、3033元/月(yue)(yue),同比分別(bie)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)16.02%、25.56%、14.63%。居民(min)服(fu)務(wu)業(ye)、文化體育娛樂業(ye)、餐飲服(fu)務(wu)業(ye)平(ping)(ping)均(jun)工資最低(di),分別(bie)為(wei)(wei)2352元/月(yue)(yue)、2355元/月(yue)(yue)、2467元/月(yue)(yue),同比分別(bie)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)1.91%、3.06%、-5.15%。

規劃建設靈活務工市場

對(dui)此,青島市(shi)下一步將(jiang)進行勞(lao)動力(li)資(zi)源(yuan)初始信(xin)息采集、關聯信(xin)息采集、入戶信(xin)息采集摸底(di)。在全(quan)(quan)面摸清(qing)全(quan)(quan)市(shi)勞(lao)動力(li)資(zi)源(yuan)底(di)數和就(jiu)業創業培(pei)訓等需求(qiu)狀況(kuang)基礎上(shang),實行全(quan)(quan)市(shi)勞(lao)動力(li)資(zi)源(yuan)信(xin)息動態(tai)管理(li)。同時(shi),在前期全(quan)(quan)面摸清(qing)重(zhong)點建(jian)(jian)設(she)項(xiang)目基本情況(kuang)的基礎上(shang),進一步對(dui)重(zhong)點建(jian)(jian)設(she)項(xiang)目實施“精”、“實”、“特”服(fu)務。
