山東省最低工資標準調整至1390元

近日,省政府下發通知,調整全省最低工資標準并發布2016年企業工資指導線。從2016年6月1日起,全省月最低工資標準按地區分別調整為:1710元、1550元、1390元。

除調(diao)(diao)整(zheng)最(zui)低工資標(biao)準(zhun)外,非全日制用工的小時最(zui)低工資標(biao)準(zhun)調(diao)(diao)整(zheng)為(wei):17.1元、15.5元、13.9元,平(ping)均增幅6.9%;2016年企業貨幣(bi)工資增長上線(xian)為(wei)13%、基準(zhun)線(xian)為(wei)8%、下線(xian)為(wei)3%。這(zhe)是我省連續7年調(diao)(diao)整(zheng)最(zui)低工資標(biao)準(zhun),連續18年發布企業工資指導線(xian)。

據了解,最低(di)工(gong)(gong)資制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度、工(gong)(gong)資指(zhi)導(dao)(dao)線制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度是(shi)政府(fu)不可或(huo)缺的(de)宏觀調控手段。最低(di)工(gong)(gong)資制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度的(de)主要功能是(shi)保(bao)障低(di)收(shou)入(ru)勞動者(zhe)及其(qi)贍養人口的(de)基本(ben)生活。企業工(gong)(gong)資指(zhi)導(dao)(dao)線制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度的(de)重點(dian)在于引(yin)導(dao)(dao)企業建立職工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)資正常增長機制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。

用(yong)人單位要(yao)貫徹按(an)勞(lao)(lao)分配、同(tong)工(gong)(gong)同(tong)酬原(yuan)則,落實《勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)法(fa)》、《最低工(gong)(gong)資(zi)規(gui)定(ding)(ding)》(勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)保(bao)障部令第21號)、《山(shan)東省勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)條例(li)》、《山(shan)東省企業工(gong)(gong)資(zi)支付(fu)規(gui)定(ding)(ding)》等法(fa)律法(fa)規(gui)規(gui)章(zhang),結合(he)本單位生(sheng)產經(jing)營(ying)和(he)經(jing)濟效益狀況,通過工(gong)(gong)資(zi)集體協商等民主程(cheng)序,合(he)理確定(ding)(ding)職工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)水平(ping),縮小收入分配差(cha)距,全(quan)面調動(dong)(dong)(dong)職工(gong)(gong)的積極性(xing)、主動(dong)(dong)(dong)性(xing)、創造性(xing),促進(jin)企業和(he)諧穩定(ding)(ding)健(jian)康(kang)發(fa)展。
