濟寧上調最低月工資標準 分別為1550和1390

6月(yue)13日,濟寧市(shi)(shi)公(gong)布2016年最低(di)工資(zi)標(biao)準,自6月(yue)1日開(kai)始執(zhi)行。調整后的(de)全市(shi)(shi)月(yue)最低(di)工資(zi)標(biao)準為(wei)1550元(yuan)(yuan)和1390元(yuan)(yuan),小時(shi)最低(di)工資(zi)標(biao)準為(wei)15.5元(yuan)(yuan)和13.9元(yuan)(yuan)。這是我市(shi)(shi)第15次上(shang)調最低(di)工資(zi)標(biao)準。

調整后(hou),任城區、兗州區、鄒城市、曲(qu)阜市、微山(shan)縣月最(zui)低(di)工資(zi)(zi)標準(zhun)為(wei)1550元;實行小時(shi)(shi)工資(zi)(zi)制的單位,小時(shi)(shi)最(zui)低(di)工資(zi)(zi)標準(zhun)為(wei)15.5元。魚(yu)臺縣、金(jin)鄉縣、嘉祥縣、汶(wen)上縣、泗(si)水縣、梁山(shan)縣月最(zui)低(di)工資(zi)(zi)標準(zhun)為(wei)1390元;實行小時(shi)(shi)工資(zi)(zi)制的單位,小時(shi)(shi)最(zui)低(di)工資(zi)(zi)標準(zhun)為(wei)13.9元。

據市人(ren)(ren)社局(ju)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)關系科相關負責人(ren)(ren)介紹,最(zui)(zui)低(di)(di)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)是指勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)在法(fa)(fa)定(ding)工(gong)(gong)作時間或依法(fa)(fa)簽訂的(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)約定(ding)的(de)工(gong)(gong)作時間內提供了正常勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)的(de)前提下,用(yong)(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)單位依法(fa)(fa)應支(zhi)付(fu)的(de)最(zui)(zui)低(di)(di)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)報(bao)酬。最(zui)(zui)低(di)(di)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)標準是少數生(sheng)產經營(ying)困難、經濟效益下降,確(que)無(wu)正常工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)支(zhi)付(fu)能力的(de)用(yong)(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)單位(連(lian)續3個(ge)月以(yi)上不能正常發放工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)的(de)),支(zhi)付(fu)給勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)的(de)最(zui)(zui)低(di)(di)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)報(bao)酬。有支(zhi)付(fu)能力的(de)用(yong)(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)單位不得將最(zui)(zui)低(di)(di)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)作為正常的(de)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)支(zhi)付(fu)標準。用(yong)(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)單位需按最(zui)(zui)低(di)(di)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)標準支(zhi)付(fu)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)的(de),應履行必要的(de)民主程(cheng)序并事先報(bao)人(ren)(ren)力資(zi)(zi)源和社會保障行政部門備案。

勞動者個人應(ying)繳納的社會保(bao)險(xian)費(fei)和住房公積金(jin)包含在最低工資(zi)標準之內(nei)。延長工作(zuo)時間(jian)的加班(ban)加點工資(zi),中(zhong)班(ban)、夜班(ban)、高溫、低溫、井下(xia)、有毒有害等(deng)特殊(shu)工作(zuo)環境、條件下(xia)的津貼,以及國家、省規定的勞動者應(ying)當享受的福利待(dai)遇(yu)不(bu)包含在最低工資(zi)標準的項目內(nei)。
