-Taking charge of Working clothes management;
-Taking responsible fPersonal file transferring in/out staff information statistics;
-Attendance system management,overtime checking according to actual clock record;
-Responsible fProduction time statistics report weekly/monthly/yearly;
-Responsible femployee’s benefit/welfare management;
-Responsible fwork injury accident report management;
-Responsible fcanteen management of the company;
-Responsible fnecessary documents to be well translated;
-Assist H.R. Manager to create the company culture fdetailed implementation;
-Assist H.R. Manager to Organize plan the company’s events routine work;
-Other job appointed by MD H.R. Manager.
-Age between 25-35 years;Female preferred;
-Bachldegree above, Majored in HR/Business Management etc.related;
-Fluent communication both in oral written English;
-Above 3-year HR experience preferred in foreign owned JV enterprise;
-Experienced in data analyses in manufacturing industry;
-Excellent knowledge of office software Word/Excel/PPT etc.;
-Familiar with relevant LabLaws/Rules regulations;
-Healthy, Dynamic , Diligence; good cooperation communication skills.
-Strong responsible/careful/creative/innovative working style.
