職場人如何保持充足的睡眠?

我剛(gang)剛(gang)進入職(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)是個新人,現在想咨詢一(yi)下,請問職(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)人如何保持充足(zu)的睡眠?

首先要(yao)調整(zheng)工(gong)作(zuo)與生(sheng)活(huo)的分界,既就(jiu)是下班后或者工(gong)作(zuo)做完(wan)后,用(yong)最多不超過半小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)的時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)整(zheng)理今(jin)天的工(gong)作(zuo)以(yi)及明天的工(gong)作(zuo)內容,然后就(jiu)該放(fang)下,不要(yao),盡(jin)量不要(yao)去想工(gong)作(zuo)上(shang)的事(shi)情。其次,必要(yao)的應(ying)(ying)酬(chou)和工(gong)作(zuo)應(ying)(ying)酬(chou)如果時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)是被動支配,那么盡(jin)可能(neng)控制在早一分結束。最后建議調整(zheng)睡(shui)覺(jue)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)和起床時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)分別為(wei)提早一小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)。
