山東省最(zui)(zui)低(di)(di)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)標(biao)準(zhun)近(jin)日出臺,對全(quan)省月最(zui)(zui)低(di)(di)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)和小時(shi)最(zui)(zui)低(di)(di)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)做出規定。調整后的全(quan)省月最(zui)(zui)低(di)(di)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)標(biao)準(zhun)為(wei)1500元(yuan)、1350元(yuan)、1200元(yuan),小時(shi)最(zui)(zui)低(di)(di)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)標(biao)準(zhun)為(wei)15元(yuan)、13.5元(yuan)、12元(yuan)。
濟青等7市市區為1500元
記者了解到,濟(ji)南(nan)、青島、淄博、東營、煙臺和(he)濰坊的(de)(de)(de)部分經(jing)濟(ji)較發(fa)達(da)區(qu)縣將(jiang)執行1500元的(de)(de)(de)最低(di)工(gong)(gong)資標(biao)準,這些城(cheng)市(shi)中(zhong)經(jing)濟(ji)相對欠(qian)發(fa)達(da)的(de)(de)(de)區(qu)縣,如(ru)濟(ji)南(nan)的(de)(de)(de)長清區(qu)、章丘市(shi)等將(jiang)執行1350元的(de)(de)(de)第(di)二(er)級最低(di)工(gong)(gong)資標(biao)準。東營所(suo)(suo)轄(xia)(xia)的(de)(de)(de)所(suo)(suo)有縣(區(qu))和(he)威海所(suo)(suo)轄(xia)(xia)的(de)(de)(de)所(suo)(suo)有市(shi)(區(qu))均執行1500元的(de)(de)(de)第(di)一級最低(di)工(gong)(gong)資標(biao)準。德(de)州(zhou)、聊城(cheng)和(he)菏澤(ze)所(suo)(suo)轄(xia)(xia)的(de)(de)(de)所(suo)(suo)有縣(市(shi)、區(qu))則均執行1200元的(de)(de)(de)第(di)三極(ji)最低(di)工(gong)(gong)資標(biao)準。
通知還要求,月最(zui)(zui)低工(gong)資標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)適用于全日(ri)制就業(ye)(ye)勞(lao)動者,小(xiao)時最(zui)(zui)低工(gong)資標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)適用于非全日(ri)制就業(ye)(ye)勞(lao)動者。調整后的最(zui)(zui)低工(gong)資標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)從3月1日(ri)起執行。
合理確定職工工資增長幅度
另外,記者了(le)解到(dao),山東根據山東省(sheng)經濟社會發展和(he)企(qi)(qi)業職工工資狀況,經人(ren)力資源社會保障(zhang)部審(shen)核,以2013年(nian)全(quan)省(sheng)企(qi)(qi)業在崗職工平均(jun)工資46386元(估算數)為基(ji)數,確定了(le)2014年(nian)企(qi)(qi)業工資指(zhi)導線(xian)。現發布如下:
(一)企(qi)業職工貨(huo)幣工資增長基準(zhun)線:12%。
(二)企(qi)業職工(gong)貨幣工(gong)資(zi)增長上線(預警線):20%。
(三)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)貨(huo)幣工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)增(zeng)長(chang)下線:4%.各(ge)類企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)應當根(gen)據工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)指導(dao)線,分(fen)析企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)經(jing)濟(ji)效(xiao)益、職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)水平、勞動生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)率和(he)(he)人工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)成本等指標,兼顧(gu)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)承(cheng)受能力、發展目標等因素,通(tong)過(guo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)集體協商,合理確定職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)增(zeng)長(chang)幅度(du)。生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)經(jing)營良好、經(jing)濟(ji)效(xiao)益較快增(zeng)長(chang)的(de)(de)(de)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),可(ke)在基準線和(he)(he)上線之間安排(pai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)增(zeng)長(chang);生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)經(jing)營正常,經(jing)濟(ji)效(xiao)益基本穩定的(de)(de)(de)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),可(ke)在基準線和(he)(he)下線之間安排(pai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)增(zeng)長(chang);生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)經(jing)營困(kun)(kun)難、效(xiao)益虧損的(de)(de)(de)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)可(ke)按(an)下線安排(pai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)增(zeng)長(chang);生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)經(jing)營特別(bie)困(kun)(kun)難的(de)(de)(de)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),可(ke)以(yi)零增(zeng)長(chang)或負(fu)增(zeng)長(chang)。壟斷(duan)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)要嚴格控制工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)增(zeng)長(chang)幅度(du),國(guo)有(you)和(he)(he)國(guo)有(you)控股企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)要合理確定企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)負(fu)責人和(he)(he)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)水平。
