1、根據(ju)(ju)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)發展戰略,組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)人(ren)(ren)力資源(yuan)戰略規劃(hua)(hua)(hua)。參與公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)重大人(ren)(ren)事(shi)(shi)決策。定(ding)期組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)收集(ji)(ji)有(you)關人(ren)(ren)事(shi)(shi)、招(zhao)聘(pin)、培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)、考核、薪酬(chou)等方(fang)(fang)面(mian)的(de)(de)信息,為公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)重大人(ren)(ren)事(shi)(shi)決策提供信息支持。定(ding)期組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)收集(ji)(ji)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)想法和(he)(he)建議(yi)。2、根據(ju)(ju)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)的(de)(de)情(qing)況,組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)招(zhao)聘(pin)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du)、培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du)、薪酬(chou)考核制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du)、人(ren)(ren)事(shi)(shi)檔案(an)(an)管理制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du)、員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)手冊等規章制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du)、實施細則和(he)(he)工(gong)(gong)作程序(xu),并組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)實施。3、負(fu)責工(gong)(gong)作分析、崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)說明書與定(ding)崗(gang)定(ding)編工(gong)(gong)作,提出機構(gou)設置(zhi)和(he)(he)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)職責設計(ji)方(fang)(fang)案(an)(an),對(dui)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)結構(gou)設計(ji)提出改進方(fang)(fang)案(an)(an)。4、負(fu)責建立暢通的(de)(de)溝(gou)通渠道和(he)(he)有(you)效(xiao)的(de)(de)激(ji)勵機制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。5、制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)年(nian)度(du)人(ren)(ren)力資源(yuan)需求計(ji)劃(hua)(hua)(hua)。組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)招(zhao)聘(pin)過(guo)程,制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)計(ji)劃(hua)(hua)(hua),組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)參加培(pei)訓(xun)(xun),評估培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)效(xiao)果(guo)。6、負(fu)責組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)考核,處理員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)針對(dui)考核結果(guo)的(de)(de)申訴。依(yi)據(ju)(ju)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)工(gong)(gong)資總額(e),編制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)年(nian)度(du)薪資調整(zheng)方(fang)(fang)案(an)(an),審核公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)每月的(de)(de)薪酬(chou)。負(fu)責處理各種與勞動合同相關的(de)(de)事(shi)(shi)宜。7、負(fu)責將部門工(gong)(gong)作計(ji)劃(hua)(hua)(hua)分解到個人(ren)(ren),并監督計(ji)劃(hua)(hua)(hua)完成情(qing)況。
1、專科以上學歷,人力資源或相關專業優先;對人力資源建立和實施有系統全面的認識、清晰的工作思路和豐富的實際操作經驗。
2、熟悉快消品、藥品優先。3、有較強的工作能力和綜合管理協調能力。4、思維敏捷,具有較強的組織、協調、溝通能力及分析問題、解決問題的能力,良好的文字和語言表達能力;5、具有良好的職業素質,高度的敬業精神和團隊意識,為人正直、誠實,性格開朗。
