1、根據(ju)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)發展戰略(lve),組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)人(ren)(ren)力資源戰略(lve)規劃(hua)(hua)。參(can)與公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)重(zhong)大人(ren)(ren)事決策。定(ding)期(qi)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)收集(ji)有關(guan)人(ren)(ren)事、招(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)、培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)、考核(he)、薪酬(chou)等(deng)方面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)信息,為公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)重(zhong)大人(ren)(ren)事決策提(ti)供信息支持(chi)。定(ding)期(qi)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)收集(ji)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)想法和(he)(he)建(jian)議。2、根據(ju)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)的(de)(de)(de)情況,組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)招(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du)、培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du)、薪酬(chou)考核(he)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du)、人(ren)(ren)事檔案(an)(an)管理制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du)、員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)手冊(ce)等(deng)規章制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du)、實施細則和(he)(he)工(gong)(gong)作程序,并組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)實施。3、負(fu)責(ze)工(gong)(gong)作分析(xi)、崗位說明書(shu)與定(ding)崗定(ding)編工(gong)(gong)作,提(ti)出機構設置和(he)(he)崗位職責(ze)設計(ji)(ji)(ji)方案(an)(an),對公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)結(jie)構設計(ji)(ji)(ji)提(ti)出改進方案(an)(an)。4、負(fu)責(ze)建(jian)立暢通的(de)(de)(de)溝通渠道和(he)(he)有效(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)激(ji)勵機制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。5、制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)年(nian)度(du)人(ren)(ren)力資源需(xu)求(qiu)計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃(hua)(hua)。組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)招(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)過(guo)程,制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃(hua)(hua),組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)參(can)加培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun),評估(gu)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)效(xiao)果。6、負(fu)責(ze)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)考核(he),處理員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)針對考核(he)結(jie)果的(de)(de)(de)申訴。依據(ju)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)工(gong)(gong)資總額,編制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)年(nian)度(du)薪資調(diao)整(zheng)方案(an)(an),審(shen)核(he)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)每月的(de)(de)(de)薪酬(chou)。負(fu)責(ze)處理各(ge)種與勞動合同相關(guan)的(de)(de)(de)事宜。7、負(fu)責(ze)將部門工(gong)(gong)作計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃(hua)(hua)分解到個人(ren)(ren),并監(jian)督(du)計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃(hua)(hua)完成情況。
1、專科以上學歷,人力資源或相關專業優先;對人力資源建立和實施有系統全面的認識、清晰的工作思路和豐富的實際操作經驗。
2、熟悉快消品、藥品優先。3、有較強的工作能力和綜合管理協調能力。4、思維敏捷,具有較強的組織、協調、溝通能力及分析問題、解決問題的能力,良好的文字和語言表達能力;5、具有良好的職業素質,高度的敬業精神和團隊意識,為人正直、誠實,性格開朗。
