耗子尾汁,山東近6成職場人沒有年終獎

某企(qi)業總經(jing)理(li)特意給我(wo)們(men)打來電(dian)話,對(dui)于(yu)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)終獎(jiang)他(ta)有話要(yao)說(shuo):“年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)終獎(jiang)對(dui)于(yu)員工的(de)意義(yi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)必多說(shuo),我(wo)很明白,但今(jin)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)疫情(qing)(qing)對(dui)我(wo)們(men)影響很大,第一季度虧損(sun)嚴重,雖(sui)然政(zheng)策(ce)扶持(chi),但整體經(jing)營狀況較差,利(li)潤(run)很低,今(jin)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)只能說(shuo)是(shi)勉強保(bao)本,不(bu)(bu)(bu)是(shi)說(shuo)不(bu)(bu)(bu)發年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)終獎(jiang),而是(shi)真(zhen)的(de)沒錢可發,我(wo)也不(bu)(bu)(bu)找理(li)由,隨著行情(qing)(qing)逐漸轉暖(nuan),只要(yao)企(qi)業回歸往(wang)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),會以各(ge)種(zhong)形式來來進行‘補(bu)償’,希(xi)望相互理(li)解,形勢所逼只能勒(le)緊褲腰帶過年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)。”不(bu)(bu)(bu)難看(kan)出(chu),許多公司不(bu)(bu)(bu)發年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)終獎(jiang)并不(bu)(bu)(bu)是(shi)本意,奈(nai)何巧婦難為(wei)無米之炊(chui),2020年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)各(ge)行各(ge)業都(dou)在接受“疫”考,年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)終獎(jiang)的(de)發放也依賴于(yu)企(qi)業整體的(de)營收,企(qi)業結合自(zi)身(shen)實際狀況,選擇(ze)不(bu)(bu)(bu)發年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)終獎(jiang)或是(shi)減發年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)終獎(jiang)保(bao)生存,致(zhi)使2020年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)山東就業市場(chang)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)終獎(jiang)提供率僅為(wei)43.28%。

謹慎觀望,職場人因年終獎跳槽不足2成

隨(sui)著(zhu)問卷調查的(de)下發(fa),某物(wu)流公(gong)司辦公(gong)室科(ke)員張(zhang)毅反饋(kui)到(dao),去年(nian)(nian)從(cong)濟南的(de)物(wu)流公(gong)司跳槽到(dao)青(qing)島一(yi)家物(wu)流公(gong)司,隨(sui)著(zhu)物(wu)流行業競爭日趨激烈,加之疫情帶來的(de)沖(chong)擊(ji),今年(nian)(nian)的(de)年(nian)(nian)終(zhong)獎(jiang)并不多。“我(wo)們公(gong)司的(de)年(nian)(nian)終(zhong)獎(jiang)發(fa)放與公(gong)司效益和全年(nian)(nian)績效排名掛(gua)鉤,基本都是(shi)1-3薪。”張(zhang)毅介紹道,“我(wo)雖(sui)然得了2薪的(de)年(nian)(nian)終(zhong)獎(jiang),但實際發(fa)放也就1萬多元,與上一(yi)年(nian)(nian)相比年(nian)(nian)終(zhong)獎(jiang)縮水幅度較大(da),雖(sui)然不滿意但也理(li)解(jie),現在形(xing)勢不明朗,這個階段不會貿然選擇跳槽”。

謹慎觀望(wang)的(de)態度,道(dao)出了很(hen)多職(zhi)場人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)心(xin)聲。年(nian)終(zhong)(zhong)獎是(shi)一(yi)種企業實力的(de)體現(xian),也是(shi)對于(yu)員工的(de)重要(yao)(yao)福利,在員工忠誠(cheng)度、工作熱(re)情度、向心(xin)力提升等眾多方面都有重要(yao)(yao)意(yi)(yi)義。年(nian)終(zhong)(zhong)獎是(shi)影響職(zhi)場人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)是(shi)否決定(ding)要(yao)(yao)跳槽(cao)的(de)重要(yao)(yao)指標和(he)依(yi)據(ju)。根據(ju)上圖(tu)我們不(bu)難看(kan)出,僅有17.3%的(de)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)會(hui)因為年(nian)終(zhong)(zhong)獎不(bu)滿(man)意(yi)(yi)而選(xuan)擇跳槽(cao),有38.5%的(de)職(zhi)場人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)對于(yu)年(nian)終(zhong)(zhong)獎表示不(bu)滿(man)意(yi)(yi),但介于(yu)今年(nian)經濟(ji)形勢選(xuan)擇繼續觀望(wang),等待好的(de)機會(hui)再跳槽(cao)。大部分職(zhi)場人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)都比(bi)較看(kan)重年(nian)終(zhong)(zhong)獎,不(bu)滿(man)意(yi)(yi)就跳槽(cao)是(shi)很(hen)多年(nian)輕職(zhi)場人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)態度,但迫于(yu)今年(nian)形勢大部分選(xuan)擇“忍(ren)氣吞聲”或(huo)是(shi)“伺(si)機而動”。

痛并快樂著,3成職場人年終獎用來“還錢”

外資企業年終獎提供率最高,民營企業僅4成

根據齊魯人才網調(diao)查結果顯示,外(wai)資(zi)企(qi)業年(nian)(nian)終(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)獎(jiang)提供(gong)(gong)(gong)率以(yi)59.53%排(pai)(pai)名(ming)第(di)(di)一,意味著近六成外(wai)資(zi)企(qi)業員工可以(yi)在年(nian)(nian)底(di)拿到屬于自己的年(nian)(nian)終(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)獎(jiang)福利;上市(shi)公司排(pai)(pai)名(ming)第(di)(di)二位,年(nian)(nian)終(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)獎(jiang)提供(gong)(gong)(gong)率為50.12%;國有企(qi)業排(pai)(pai)名(ming)第(di)(di)三(san)位,年(nian)(nian)終(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)獎(jiang)提供(gong)(gong)(gong)率為47.02%;中外(wai)合資(zi)企(qi)業年(nian)(nian)終(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)獎(jiang)提供(gong)(gong)(gong)率為46.89%,排(pai)(pai)名(ming)第(di)(di)四(si)位;股份制公司與民營企(qi)業年(nian)(nian)終(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)獎(jiang)提供(gong)(gong)(gong)率排(pai)(pai)名(ming)靠(kao)后,分(fen)別以(yi)45.34%和42.8%位列第(di)(di)五、六位。

其(qi)實外(wai)資(zi)企(qi)(qi)業年終獎最高并不意外(wai),外(wai)資(zi)企(qi)(qi)業的(de)特點本身就是管理嚴格,工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)高,福(fu)利好,但與其(qi)對應的(de)就是淘汰快,工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)壓力負(fu)荷大(da)。另外(wai)外(wai)資(zi)企(qi)(qi)業理念先進,利潤可觀,所(suo)以(yi)(yi)近6成以(yi)(yi)上的(de)外(wai)企(qi)(qi)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)都能獲得年終獎。

2020年國有(you)企(qi)業在職場人(ren)心中的(de)地位(wei)又被拔高了。疫情(qing)下,一個“穩”字概括了國有(you)企(qi)業的(de)優勢(shi),很多人(ren)對(dui)于(yu)國有(you)企(qi)業的(de)印象就是(shi)工資不高、工作不累,國有(you)企(qi)業年終獎(jiang)提供率為47.02%排在第(di)三的(de)位(wei)置。

民(min)營企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)受(shou)制于(yu)規模(mo)、體制等影響(xiang),薪酬福利制度往(wang)往(wang)不夠完(wan)善,很(hen)多民(min)營企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)都是(shi)“大(da)河(he)有水小河(he)滿”的(de)道(dao)理,個人收(shou)(shou)益與公司收(shou)(shou)益是(shi)緊(jin)密掛鉤在一起(qi),抗風(feng)險能(neng)力較(jiao)差。本(ben)身(shen)疫情對民(min)營企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)沖擊較(jiao)大(da),很(hen)多企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)出現了虧損或是(shi)效益下降,因此民(min)營企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)年終獎(jiang)提(ti)供率較(jiao)低,僅占4成。

濟南(nan)企(qi)業年終獎提供率(lv)最高,德州企(qi)業提供率(lv)不足3成

根(gen)據上圖顯示,濟南的企業年(nian)終(zhong)獎(jiang)提供率(lv)最高,為(wei)46.05%;青島與濰(wei)坊并(bing)列第(di)(di)二(er),企業年(nian)終(zhong)獎(jiang)提供率(lv)為(wei)44.4%;威海排名(ming)第(di)(di)三,企業年(nian)終(zhong)獎(jiang)提供率(lv)為(wei)44.07%;德州排名(ming)最后(hou)一名(ming),企業年(nian)終(zhong)獎(jiang)提供率(lv)僅為(wei)29.85%。

根據2020年(nian)山東省(sheng)就業(ye)(ye)市場(chang)各行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)年(nian)終(zhong)獎(jiang)(jiang)排(pai)名結果顯示,網絡游(you)戲行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)的年(nian)終(zhong)獎(jiang)(jiang)最(zui)高,達38000元;信托/擔保/拍賣/典當行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)年(nian)終(zhong)獎(jiang)(jiang)位(wei)列第二,為34000元;銀行(xing)(xing)/證券/基金/期(qi)貨行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)年(nian)終(zhong)獎(jiang)(jiang)排(pai)名第三,為31000元。房地產企(qi)業(ye)(ye)的2020年(nian)終(zhong)獎(jiang)(jiang)額度相比往年(nian)有所下降(jiang),降(jiang)幅為9.5%,這和地產行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)2020年(nian)受(shou)疫情影(ying)響沖擊、經營業(ye)(ye)績不佳有關。
