山東職場五一假期提供率達51.9%,超4成職場人無加班費

五一(yi)小(xiao)(xiao)長假已經結(jie)束,不少職(zhi)場人頗有(you)感觸。隨著(zhu)國內(nei)疫情(qing)的(de)有(you)效管控、政(zheng)府部門持續放開出(chu)行(xing)限制、鼓勵(li)和推動旅(lv)游業(ye)發展,出(chu)行(xing)數據顯示,4月(yue)30日(ri)(ri)至5月(yue)5日(ri)(ri),全(quan)國鐵路、民航(hang)以及道路客流量合計(ji)將達到2.5億(yi)人次。不止是旅(lv)游業(ye)有(you)著(zhu)噴井式(shi)(shi)增長,“加班5天(tian)等(deng)(deng)于11天(tian)工資(zi)”等(deng)(deng)相關訊息也是頻頻沖上熱(re)搜,那么山東職(zhi)場人選擇了自由還(huan)是財富?齊魯人才網通過問卷及電話采訪的(de)形(xing)式(shi)(shi)隨機調查了1萬份(fen)樣(yang)本,為您解讀2021年山東職(zhi)場人是怎樣(yang)度過五一(yi)小(xiao)(xiao)長假的(de)?

“假(jia)期(qi)可以(yi)有”,山東職場五一假(jia)期(qi)提(ti)供率達(da)51.9%

據(ju)齊魯人(ren)(ren)才網調(diao)查顯示,山東五(wu)一假(jia)(jia)(jia)期(qi)(qi)提供率為51.9%。數據(ju)表(biao)(biao)明(ming),有51.9%的(de)(de)職場(chang)人(ren)(ren)享(xiang)有完(wan)整的(de)(de)假(jia)(jia)(jia)期(qi)(qi),依舊(jiu)有接(jie)近5成職場(chang)人(ren)(ren)需要(yao)加班。來(lai)自(zi)互聯網公(gong)司的(de)(de)實習生圓(yuan)圓(yuan)說(shuo)道:“我們公(gong)司只放了(le)兩天假(jia)(jia)(jia),還沒休整過來(lai)就開始上班了(le)。以(yi)前在校期(qi)(qi)間五(wu)一假(jia)(jia)(jia)期(qi)(qi)我都會回(hui)家,工作后五(wu)一假(jia)(jia)(jia)期(qi)(qi)沒有和家人(ren)(ren)度過倒是(shi)有些不(bu)適(shi)應,希望在端午(wu)節(jie)假(jia)(jia)(jia)期(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)時候可(ke)以(yi)回(hui)家。”相(xiang)反,從事(shi)教育(yu)行業的(de)(de)惠女士有著不(bu)同的(de)(de)表(biao)(biao)現:“假(jia)(jia)(jia)期(qi)(qi)前兩個(ge)星(xing)期(qi)(qi)已經準(zhun)備好五(wu)一的(de)(de)自(zi)駕(jia)游行程,購票、定酒店、預約門票等等一氣呵(he)成。惠女士興(xing)致勃(bo)勃(bo)地說(shuo)道,假(jia)(jia)(jia)期(qi)(qi)間的(de)(de)物價增長是(shi)必不(bu)可(ke)免的(de)(de),這次五(wu)一出行一共花費了(le)1萬多,雖然肉疼但是(shi)想到珍(zhen)貴的(de)(de)假(jia)(jia)(jia)期(qi)(qi)用來(lai)在家虛度也(ye)未免太(tai)可(ke)惜(xi)了(le)。

不負時光,選擇旅(lv)游的山東(dong)職場(chang)人(ren)近3成

對于(yu)每個職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)來說,工作已經是讓身體疲憊不堪,五(wu)(wu)一(yi)(yi)小(xiao)長(chang)假(jia)無(wu)疑是職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)最期待(dai)的(de)(de)時刻。據(ju)齊(qi)魯人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才網發起的(de)(de)山(shan)(shan)東職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)五(wu)(wu)一(yi)(yi)假(jia)期行程安排(多選(xuan))問卷調(diao)查顯示,有(you)(you)28.36%的(de)(de)山(shan)(shan)東職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)選(xuan)擇(ze)旅(lv)游來度(du)過小(xiao)長(chang)假(jia),勞動節適逢春夏相(xiang)交、氣候宜人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),很多職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)都(dou)希望在春暖(nuan)花開(kai)的(de)(de)時候外(wai)出(chu)旅(lv)游;18.71%的(de)(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)選(xuan)擇(ze)宅家,好好休息整頓后全力進入工作狀態;因(yin)工作繁忙,時間緊張,很多職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)與(yu)朋友(you)見面的(de)(de)機會并不多,因(yin)此(ci)有(you)(you)41.64%和22.85%的(de)(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)選(xuan)擇(ze)與(yu)朋友(you)聚會、探親(qin)的(de)(de)方(fang)(fang)式度(du)過假(jia)期,聊聊家常也是一(yi)(yi)種放(fang)松方(fang)(fang)式;近五(wu)(wu)成的(de)(de)山(shan)(shan)東職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)選(xuan)擇(ze)了(le)加班(ban),也就是表(biao)明有(you)(you)一(yi)(yi)半的(de)(de)山(shan)(shan)東職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)不能(neng)擁有(you)(you)完整的(de)(de)小(xiao)長(chang)假(jia)。

加(jia)班兩天最為普遍,“適(shi)量加(jia)班”可以接(jie)受

雖然有(you)近5成職(zhi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)人(ren)需要加班(ban)(ban),但并不(bu)是所有(you)人(ren)5天(tian)(tian)都在加班(ban)(ban)。根據齊魯人(ren)才網對職(zhi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)人(ren)加班(ban)(ban)天(tian)(tian)數(shu)調(diao)查統計發現,今(jin)年五一假期期間,山東(dong)(dong)職(zhi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)人(ren)加班(ban)(ban)2天(tian)(tian)最(zui)為普遍,人(ren)數(shu)占比(bi)高達31.84%;其次(ci)是加班(ban)(ban)1天(tian)(tian)的山東(dong)(dong)職(zhi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)人(ren)占比(bi)在23.58%;加班(ban)(ban)4天(tian)(tian)的山東(dong)(dong)職(zhi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)人(ren)占比(bi)在18.67%,排名(ming)第三;加班(ban)(ban)3天(tian)(tian)和(he)5天(tian)(tian)的山東(dong)(dong)職(zhi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)人(ren)占比(bi)在13.45%和(he)12.46%。

在酒店工作(zuo)的(de)(de)大(da)堂經(jing)理閆(yan)經(jing)理說(shuo)道:因為工作(zuo)性(xing)質我們節假(jia)(jia)日是(shi)不準休息(xi)的(de)(de),在臨近假(jia)(jia)期(qi)的(de)(de)前一個星期(qi)我們就開始準備(bei)菜(cai)(cai)品、備(bei)菜(cai)(cai)等一系列事情,雖然這個假(jia)(jia)期(qi)工作(zuo)是(shi)有史以來最累的(de)(de)一個假(jia)(jia)期(qi)但是(shi)獎金快頂我一個月的(de)(de)工資了,安慰自己痛(tong)并(bing)快樂著吧!

不盡人意,超4成職(zhi)場人無加班費

按照《全國年(nian)節及紀念日(ri)(ri)(ri)放假辦法》,勞(lao)動節放假1天(tian)(tian)(5月(yue)(yue)1日(ri)(ri)(ri))。所以只有(you)5月(yue)(yue)1日(ri)(ri)(ri)才屬于法定節假日(ri)(ri)(ri)。結合《勞(lao)動法》相關規定,用人單位(wei)在(zai)5月(yue)(yue)1日(ri)(ri)(ri)安排勞(lao)動者(zhe)(zhe)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的,應(ying)按照不低于勞(lao)動者(zhe)(zhe)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)的300%支付(fu)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)報(bao)酬。而在(zai)5月(yue)(yue)2日(ri)(ri)(ri)至5日(ri)(ri)(ri),用人單位(wei)安排勞(lao)動者(zhe)(zhe)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)又不能安排補(bu)休(xiu)的,支付(fu)不低于工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)的200%的工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)報(bao)酬。因此如果你選(xuan)擇(ze)在(zai)5月(yue)(yue)1日(ri)(ri)(ri)當(dang)天(tian)(tian)加(jia)班,可獲得三倍(bei)加(jia)班工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi);在(zai)5月(yue)(yue)2日(ri)(ri)(ri)至5日(ri)(ri)(ri)加(jia)班,則可獲得兩(liang)倍(bei)加(jia)班工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)。因此,按5月(yue)(yue)1日(ri)(ri)(ri)當(dang)天(tian)(tian)三倍(bei)日(ri)(ri)(ri)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi),后4天(tian)(tian)兩(liang)倍(bei)日(ri)(ri)(ri)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)”計算,五一小長假加(jia)班5天(tian)(tian)的工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi),相當(dang)于平時(shi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)11天(tian)(tian)所獲得的收入。

理想(xiang)很(hen)豐滿,現實(shi)很(hen)骨感。加班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)5天(tian)(tian)狂賺11天(tian)(tian)薪資畢竟是理想(xiang)化(hua)狀(zhuang)態(tai),現實(shi)卻是殘酷的(de)。據齊魯人才網調查(cha)數(shu)(shu)(shu)據顯(xian)示(shi),超4成(cheng)的(de)山(shan)東(dong)(dong)職(zhi)場人沒有加班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)費(fei)(fei);其中加班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)費(fei)(fei)在1000元以(yi)內(nei)的(de)人數(shu)(shu)(shu)占比為25.25%;1001—2000元的(de)人數(shu)(shu)(shu)占比為21.89%;2000元以(yi)上(shang)的(de)人數(shu)(shu)(shu)占比為11.27%。在采訪(fang)中我(wo)們(men)了解到山(shan)東(dong)(dong)職(zhi)場人對于假(jia)期加班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)持有兩極分化(hua)的(de)態(tai)度(du),一部分職(zhi)場人吐槽:“領導節前征(zheng)求我(wo)們(men)的(de)意愿,選(xuan)擇加班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)賺錢還是休(xiu)(xiu)假(jia),我(wo)們(men)一致決(jue)定(ding)選(xuan)擇休(xiu)(xiu)假(jia),連續上(shang)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)已經(jing)很(hen)勞累了,即使三倍(bei)工資也(ye)是不(bu)想(xiang)加班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)了。”也(ye)有職(zhi)場人表示(shi):"只能說加班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)費(fei)(fei)到位,那我(wo)是不(bu)會錯(cuo)過,賺錢比休(xiu)(xiu)息更(geng)重要"。除(chu)此之外也(ye)有職(zhi)場人無奈表示(shi),"公司不(bu)會給三倍(bei)加班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)費(fei)(fei),因此更(geng)想(xiang)留出時間陪伴(ban)家人"。
