五一小(xiao)長(chang)假(jia)已經結束(shu),不少職場(chang)(chang)人(ren)(ren)頗有感(gan)觸。隨著國(guo)內(nei)疫情(qing)的(de)有效管控、政府(fu)部門持續放(fang)開出行(xing)限制(zhi)、鼓勵和推動旅游業發展,出行(xing)數據顯示(shi),4月30日(ri)至5月5日(ri),全國(guo)鐵路(lu)、民航以及道路(lu)客流量合計將(jiang)達到2.5億人(ren)(ren)次(ci)。不止是(shi)(shi)旅游業有著噴井式增(zeng)長(chang),“加班5天等于11天工資(zi)”等相關訊息也(ye)是(shi)(shi)頻(pin)頻(pin)沖上(shang)熱搜,那么山東職場(chang)(chang)人(ren)(ren)選擇了自由還是(shi)(shi)財富?齊魯(lu)人(ren)(ren)才網通過問卷及電話采訪的(de)形式隨機調查了1萬份樣本,為您解讀2021年山東職場(chang)(chang)人(ren)(ren)是(shi)(shi)怎樣度過五一小(xiao)長(chang)假(jia)的(de)?
“假(jia)(jia)期(qi)可以有”,山東職場五一假(jia)(jia)期(qi)提供率達51.9%
據(ju)(ju)齊魯人才(cai)網調查顯示,山東五一假(jia)(jia)(jia)期(qi)(qi)(qi)提供率為51.9%。數據(ju)(ju)表明(ming),有(you)(you)51.9%的(de)(de)職場人享有(you)(you)完整的(de)(de)假(jia)(jia)(jia)期(qi)(qi)(qi),依(yi)舊有(you)(you)接近5成(cheng)職場人需要加班(ban)。來(lai)自(zi)互聯網公司(si)的(de)(de)實習生圓圓說道:“我們公司(si)只(zhi)放(fang)了兩天(tian)假(jia)(jia)(jia),還(huan)沒休(xiu)整過(guo)來(lai)就開始上班(ban)了。以前(qian)在校期(qi)(qi)(qi)間(jian)五一假(jia)(jia)(jia)期(qi)(qi)(qi)我都(dou)會回(hui)家(jia),工作后五一假(jia)(jia)(jia)期(qi)(qi)(qi)沒有(you)(you)和家(jia)人度過(guo)倒(dao)是有(you)(you)些不適應,希(xi)望在端午節假(jia)(jia)(jia)期(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)時候可(ke)以回(hui)家(jia)。”相反,從事教育行(xing)業的(de)(de)惠女士有(you)(you)著不同的(de)(de)表現:“假(jia)(jia)(jia)期(qi)(qi)(qi)前(qian)兩個星期(qi)(qi)(qi)已經準(zhun)備好五一的(de)(de)自(zi)駕(jia)游行(xing)程,購票、定酒店、預約門票等等一氣(qi)呵成(cheng)。惠女士興致勃勃地(di)說道,假(jia)(jia)(jia)期(qi)(qi)(qi)間(jian)的(de)(de)物(wu)價增長是必不可(ke)免的(de)(de),這(zhe)次五一出行(xing)一共花費了1萬多,雖(sui)然(ran)肉疼但(dan)是想到珍貴的(de)(de)假(jia)(jia)(jia)期(qi)(qi)(qi)用來(lai)在家(jia)虛(xu)度也未免太可(ke)惜(xi)了。
不(bu)負(fu)時光,選擇旅游(you)的山(shan)東職場人近3成
對(dui)于(yu)每個職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)人(ren)來說,工作已經是讓身體疲憊不堪,五(wu)一小(xiao)長(chang)假(jia)(jia)(jia)無疑是職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)人(ren)最(zui)期(qi)待(dai)的(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)刻。據齊魯人(ren)才網發起的(de)(de)山(shan)東職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)人(ren)五(wu)一假(jia)(jia)(jia)期(qi)行(xing)程安排(多選(xuan))問卷(juan)調(diao)查(cha)顯(xian)示,有28.36%的(de)(de)山(shan)東職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)人(ren)選(xuan)擇旅(lv)游來度(du)過小(xiao)長(chang)假(jia)(jia)(jia),勞動(dong)節(jie)適(shi)逢(feng)春(chun)(chun)夏相交、氣候宜人(ren),很(hen)多職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)人(ren)都希望在春(chun)(chun)暖花開(kai)的(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)候外出旅(lv)游;18.71%的(de)(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)人(ren)選(xuan)擇宅家,好好休息(xi)整(zheng)頓后全力(li)進入工作狀態;因工作繁忙(mang),時(shi)(shi)間緊張(zhang),很(hen)多職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)人(ren)與(yu)朋(peng)友(you)見面的(de)(de)機會(hui)并不多,因此有41.64%和22.85%的(de)(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)人(ren)選(xuan)擇與(yu)朋(peng)友(you)聚會(hui)、探親(qin)的(de)(de)方式度(du)過假(jia)(jia)(jia)期(qi),聊聊家常也是一種(zhong)放松方式;近五(wu)成(cheng)的(de)(de)山(shan)東職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)人(ren)選(xuan)擇了(le)加班,也就是表明有一半(ban)的(de)(de)山(shan)東職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)人(ren)不能擁有完整(zheng)的(de)(de)小(xiao)長(chang)假(jia)(jia)(jia)。
加(jia)班(ban)兩天最為普遍,“適量加(jia)班(ban)”可(ke)以接受(shou)
雖然有近(jin)5成職(zhi)場人(ren)需要加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)班(ban)(ban),但并不是所有人(ren)5天(tian)都在(zai)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)班(ban)(ban)。根據齊魯人(ren)才(cai)網對職(zhi)場人(ren)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)班(ban)(ban)天(tian)數調查統計(ji)發(fa)現(xian),今年五一假期期間,山東職(zhi)場人(ren)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)班(ban)(ban)2天(tian)最為普遍,人(ren)數占比(bi)(bi)高達31.84%;其次是加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)班(ban)(ban)1天(tian)的(de)山東職(zhi)場人(ren)占比(bi)(bi)在(zai)23.58%;加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)班(ban)(ban)4天(tian)的(de)山東職(zhi)場人(ren)占比(bi)(bi)在(zai)18.67%,排(pai)名第三(san);加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)班(ban)(ban)3天(tian)和5天(tian)的(de)山東職(zhi)場人(ren)占比(bi)(bi)在(zai)13.45%和12.46%。
在(zai)酒(jiu)店工作的(de)大(da)堂經(jing)理閆(yan)經(jing)理說道:因(yin)為工作性質我(wo)(wo)們節(jie)假日是不準休息的(de),在(zai)臨(lin)近(jin)假期(qi)的(de)前一個星期(qi)我(wo)(wo)們就開始準備(bei)(bei)菜品、備(bei)(bei)菜等一系列事情,雖然這個假期(qi)工作是有史以(yi)來最(zui)累的(de)一個假期(qi)但是獎金快(kuai)頂我(wo)(wo)一個月的(de)工資了,安慰自己痛并快(kuai)樂著吧!
不盡人(ren)意,超4成職場人(ren)無(wu)加班費
按照(zhao)《全國年節(jie)及紀念日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)放(fang)(fang)假辦法》,勞動節(jie)放(fang)(fang)假1天(tian)(5月(yue)1日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri))。所(suo)以只有5月(yue)1日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)才屬于(yu)法定節(jie)假日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)。結合(he)《勞動法》相(xiang)關規定,用人單位在5月(yue)1日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)安排(pai)勞動者(zhe)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作的(de)(de),應按照(zhao)不低(di)(di)于(yu)勞動者(zhe)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)300%支(zhi)付工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)報酬。而在5月(yue)2日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)至(zhi)5日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri),用人單位安排(pai)勞動者(zhe)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作又不能安排(pai)補休的(de)(de),支(zhi)付不低(di)(di)于(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)200%的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)報酬。因(yin)此(ci)如(ru)果你選(xuan)擇在5月(yue)1日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)當天(tian)加(jia)班(ban)(ban)(ban),可(ke)獲(huo)(huo)得(de)三倍(bei)加(jia)班(ban)(ban)(ban)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi);在5月(yue)2日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)至(zhi)5日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)加(jia)班(ban)(ban)(ban),則可(ke)獲(huo)(huo)得(de)兩倍(bei)加(jia)班(ban)(ban)(ban)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)。因(yin)此(ci),按5月(yue)1日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)當天(tian)三倍(bei)日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi),后(hou)4天(tian)兩倍(bei)日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)”計算,五一小(xiao)長假加(jia)班(ban)(ban)(ban)5天(tian)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi),相(xiang)當于(yu)平時工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作11天(tian)所(suo)獲(huo)(huo)得(de)的(de)(de)收(shou)入。
理想很(hen)(hen)豐滿,現實很(hen)(hen)骨感。加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)班(ban)5天(tian)狂賺(zhuan)11天(tian)薪資畢(bi)竟是(shi)理想化狀態,現實卻(que)是(shi)殘酷的(de)。據齊魯人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才網調查數據顯示,超4成(cheng)的(de)山(shan)東職(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)沒有(you)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)班(ban)費(fei);其中加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)班(ban)費(fei)在(zai)1000元(yuan)以(yi)(yi)內的(de)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)數占(zhan)比(bi)為25.25%;1001—2000元(yuan)的(de)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)數占(zhan)比(bi)為21.89%;2000元(yuan)以(yi)(yi)上的(de)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)數占(zhan)比(bi)為11.27%。在(zai)采訪中我(wo)們(men)了解到(dao)山(shan)東職(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)對于假期加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)班(ban)持有(you)兩極分(fen)化的(de)態度,一部(bu)分(fen)職(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)吐槽:“領導(dao)節(jie)前征求我(wo)們(men)的(de)意愿,選擇加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)班(ban)賺(zhuan)錢還是(shi)休假,我(wo)們(men)一致決(jue)定選擇休假,連(lian)續上班(ban)已經(jing)很(hen)(hen)勞累了,即(ji)使三倍工資也(ye)是(shi)不想加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)班(ban)了。”也(ye)有(you)職(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)表(biao)示:"只能說加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)班(ban)費(fei)到(dao)位,那(nei)我(wo)是(shi)不會錯過,賺(zhuan)錢比(bi)休息更重要"。除此之外也(ye)有(you)職(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)無奈(nai)表(biao)示,"公司不會給三倍加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)班(ban)費(fei),因此更想留出時間陪伴(ban)家人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)"。
