首先(xian)先(xian)作緩慢(man)的(de)深(shen)呼吸(xi),頭(tou)(tou)向(xiang)左(zuo)轉(zhuan)眼(yan)看(kan)左(zuo)肩(jian)(jian),再向(xiang)右轉(zhuan)眼(yan)看(kan)右肩(jian)(jian)。然(ran)后使(shi)下巴(ba)前(qian)后伸縮以松(song)馳(chi)頸肌(ji)。兩肩(jian)(jian)向(xiang)耳部聳起,挺直背,然(ran)后使(shi)兩肩(jian)(jian)盡可(ke)能(neng)地下垂(chui)。其次兩肩(jian)(jian)分別作圓周運動(dong)(dong),先(xian)抬肩(jian)(jian)向(xiang)前(qian)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong),再向(xiang)后轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong),坐著(zhu)將(jiang)雙手平(ping)放在(zai)(zai)大(da)腿上,下巴(ba)慢(man)慢(man)垂(chui)到(dao)胸部,然(ran)后使(shi)頭(tou)(tou)從左(zuo)至(zhi)右再從右到(dao)左(zuo)轉(zhuan)圈,深(shen)吸(xi)氣大(da)聲(sheng)呼氣,使(shi)頭(tou)(tou)頸部在(zai)(zai)緩慢(man)的(de)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)中(zhong)舒暢,如出現(xian)劈啪聲(sheng)不(bu)必擔(dan)心(xin),那只是肌(ji)腱或韌帶在(zai)(zai)伸展時擦過骨頭(tou)(tou)的(de)聲(sheng)音。
