根據山東省人(ren)(ren)(ren)社廳勞動(dong)用(yong)工需求(qiu)(qiu)統計數字顯示,二季(ji)度進入各(ge)級公共人(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)資(zi)源市場的(de)用(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)單位對人(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)資(zi)源的(de)總需求(qiu)(qiu)86.4萬(wan)人(ren)(ren)(ren),市場總供給70.4萬(wan)人(ren)(ren)(ren),全省求(qiu)(qiu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)倍率(lv)為(wei)1.23,企業用(yong)工缺(que)口(kou)16萬(wan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)。

據山(shan)東省人(ren)(ren)社廳相關負責(ze)人(ren)(ren)介紹,求(qiu)(qiu)人(ren)(ren)倍率是勞動力(li)市場(chang)(chang)需(xu)求(qiu)(qiu)人(ren)(ren)數與(yu)求(qiu)(qiu)職(zhi)(zhi)人(ren)(ren)數之比,它表(biao)明(ming)(ming)了勞動力(li)市場(chang)(chang)中每個崗(gang)位需(xu)求(qiu)(qiu)所對應的求(qiu)(qiu)職(zhi)(zhi)人(ren)(ren)數。如果求(qiu)(qiu)人(ren)(ren)倍率大于1,說明(ming)(ming)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)供不(bu)應求(qiu)(qiu);如果求(qiu)(qiu)人(ren)(ren)倍率小于1,說明(ming)(ming)職(zhi)(zhi)位供不(bu)應求(qiu)(qiu)。

從求(qiu)人(ren)倍(bei)(bei)率情況看,全(quan)省求(qiu)人(ren)倍(bei)(bei)率為1.23,各市(shi)均大于1。與(yu)去年同期相(xiang)比,全(quan)省求(qiu)人(ren)倍(bei)(bei)率減少0.05。當(dang)前企業(ye)缺工現(xian)象依然存(cun)在,但企業(ye)提供(gong)的崗位(wei)與(yu)求(qiu)職(zhi)人(ren)員之間的匹配(pei)率和(he)求(qiu)職(zhi)成功率較(jiao)低(di)。

從(cong)產業(ye)(ye)需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)情況看(kan),二、三產業(ye)(ye)分(fen)別需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)38.1萬(wan)人和45.9萬(wan)人,占市場總需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)的44.07%和53.11%。

從不同類(lei)型職業(ye)的(de)供求(qiu)總體情況來看(kan),全省企(qi)業(ye)用工仍主要集中在生(sheng)產制造和服(fu)務(wu)(wu)型行業(ye),商業(ye)和服(fu)務(wu)(wu)業(ye)人(ren)員(yuan)、生(sheng)產運(yun)輸設備操作(zuo)工用工缺(que)口(kou)較(jiao)大,分(fen)別缺(que)工6.3萬人(ren)和6.9萬人(ren)。除辦事人(ren)員(yuan)和有關人(ren)員(yuan)依然供大于求(qiu)外,其他各(ge)類(lei)人(ren)員(yuan)均供不應求(qiu)。

目前,山東省需求(qiu)缺(que)口最大(da)(da)的十個職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)為:機(ji)械冷加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)、推銷展(zhan)銷人員、餐(can)廳服務(wu)員、裁剪縫紉工(gong)(gong)(gong)、紡織針織印染工(gong)(gong)(gong)、電子(zi)元件器(qi)件制(zhi)造工(gong)(gong)(gong)、機(ji)械熱加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)、營業(ye)(ye)人員、化工(gong)(gong)(gong)產(chan)品生產(chan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)、機(ji)械設備維修(xiu)工(gong)(gong)(gong),這十類普遍(bian)供不應求(qiu)。從需求(qiu)缺(que)口上看(kan),其中機(ji)械冷加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)、推銷展(zhan)銷人員缺(que)口較大(da)(da),分(fen)別為11690人和(he)8104人。

而(er)機動車駕(jia)駛員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、財會人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、秘書打字員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、行政辦公(gong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、保(bao)管人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、計(ji)算(suan)機工(gong)程技術人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、治安保(bao)衛(wei)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、部門(men)經(jing)理、其他行政辦公(gong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、機械工(gong)程技術人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)普(pu)遍供過(guo)于求,是省目前人(ren)(ren)(ren)力資源需求小(xiao)于求職缺口最(zui)大的十個(ge)職業。

今(jin)年(nian)二季度(du),除(chu)45歲以上(shang)(shang)求(qiu)(qiu)人(ren)倍率小(xiao)于1外(wai),其他各年(nian)齡(ling)(ling)段求(qiu)(qiu)職者求(qiu)(qiu)人(ren)倍率均(jun)大(da)于1。從年(nian)齡(ling)(ling)結構(gou)上(shang)(shang)看,16歲-34歲之(zhi)間(jian)的企業(ye)(ye)用工需求(qiu)(qiu)比(bi)重依然較大(da),35歲以上(shang)(shang)隨著年(nian)齡(ling)(ling)的增長,供求(qiu)(qiu)雙方逐(zhu)漸減少(shao),企業(ye)(ye)用工需求(qiu)(qiu)明(ming)顯降低。全(quan)省求(qiu)(qiu)職人(ren)員中城鎮新成(cheng)長失(shi)業(ye)(ye)青年(nian)依然居首(shou),其中應屆(jie)高校畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生在城鎮新成(cheng)長失(shi)業(ye)(ye)青年(nian)中持續占(zhan)有較大(da)比(bi)例。
