按照(zhao)《山東省事業(ye)單位公(gong)開(kai)招聘人(ren)(ren)員實施(shi)辦法》(魯人(ren)(ren)發〔2006〕23號(hao))和《煙臺市(shi)事業(ye)單位公(gong)開(kai)招聘人(ren)(ren)員實施(shi)細則(試(shi)行)》(煙人(ren)(ren)〔2007〕58號(hao))等規定,萊(lai)州市(shi)2014年擬公(gong)開(kai)招聘高層(ceng)次教師20名(ming),現(xian)公(gong)告如下:

一、招聘范圍和條件

(一)具有(you)中華人(ren)民共和國國籍,享有(you)公(gong)民的政治權(quan)利。

(二(er))擁護(hu)中(zhong)國共產黨的領導,熱愛社會主義。

(三)遵紀守法(fa),品行端正,具有良好的職(zhi)業道德。

(四)2014年應(ying)屆全(quan)日制研究生(sheng)(sheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)歷(li)(li)(li)畢業生(sheng)(sheng)(本(ben)科須(xu)(xu)為(wei)師范(fan)類畢業生(sheng)(sheng))可以應(ying)聘(pin)。應(ying)聘(pin)人員(yuan)須(xu)(xu)于2014年7月(yue)底前按期畢業并取(qu)得相應(ying)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)歷(li)(li)(li)和學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)位(wei)證書(留(liu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)歸國人員(yuan)可參加報考,須(xu)(xu)于報名前取(qu)得教(jiao)育部留(liu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)服務中心(xin)出(chu)具的學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)歷(li)(li)(li)和學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)位(wei)認證手(shou)續)。應(ying)聘(pin)人員(yuan)研究生(sheng)(sheng)所學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業須(xu)(xu)與(yu)本(ben)科所學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(畢業證所載專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業)方向(xiang)一致(zhi),本(ben)科所學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業須(xu)(xu)與(yu)崗位(wei)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業要求(qiu)一致(zhi)。

(五(wu))應聘(pin)人員須具備獲取應聘(pin)學(xue)段(duan)及以上教師資格的認定條(tiao)件。

(六)身體健(jian)(jian)康,符合崗位聘用健(jian)(jian)康標準。

定(ding)(ding)(ding)向(xiang)、委(wei)培應屆畢(bi)業生報考(kao),須(xu)征(zheng)得定(ding)(ding)(ding)向(xiang)、委(wei)培單(dan)(dan)位(wei)同(tong)(tong)意(yi)。已經(jing)就(jiu)業或(huo)(huo)簽訂就(jiu)業協(xie)議書的(de)(de)畢(bi)業生須(xu)用人(ren)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)出具同(tong)(tong)意(yi)報考(kao)證(zheng)明。參照(zhao)《公(gong)務員(yuan)(yuan)回(hui)避規(gui)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(試行)》、黨(dang)政領導(dao)干部任職(zhi)回(hui)避等有關(guan)規(gui)定(ding)(ding)(ding),應聘人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)不得應聘與(yu)本(ben)人(ren)有回(hui)避關(guan)系的(de)(de)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)或(huo)(huo)崗位(wei)。在讀全日制(zhi)院校(xiao)非應屆畢(bi)業生、現(xian)役軍人(ren)、曾(ceng)(ceng)受(shou)過刑事(shi)處罰或(huo)(huo)曾(ceng)(ceng)被開除公(gong)職(zhi)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)、2010年(nian)以(yi)來(lai)在各級公(gong)務員(yuan)(yuan)和事(shi)業單(dan)(dan)位(wei)公(gong)開招考(kao)被認(ren)定(ding)(ding)(ding)有違(wei)規(gui)違(wei)紀(ji)行為的(de)(de)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)以(yi)及法(fa)律、法(fa)規(gui)規(gui)定(ding)(ding)(ding)不得聘用的(de)(de)其他情形(xing)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan),不得參加應聘。

二、招聘崗位和計劃

招聘(pin)計劃共20名(ming),其(qi)中萊州市第一中學教師崗位(wei)8名(ming),萊州市城區初中學校(xiao)教師崗位(wei)12名(ming)。

三、招聘辦法

(一)報名

1、報名時間及地點

報名(ming)采取(qu)統一時間、現場報名(ming)的方法進行。每(mei)人限報一個招聘崗位。應聘人員偽造學歷證明及其他(ta)證件騙取(qu)考試資格的,給予(yu)取(qu)消本次應聘資格且5年內不(bu)得應聘我市事業單位的處理。

報(bao)名時間(jian):2014年(nian)3月13日(ri)(ri)—14日(ri)(ri)。

報名地點(dian):萊(lai)州(zhou)市(shi)(shi)招生辦(ban)公(gong)室三樓會議室(文化東街,萊(lai)州(zhou)市(shi)(shi)教體局東)。

2、報名辦法

應(ying)聘人員(yuan)報名(ming)時,填(tian)寫報名(ming)登記表、應(ying)聘誠信承(cheng)諾(nuo)書(shu),提交院校教(jiao)務處出具(ju)(ju)的(de)研究生學歷及(ji)專業(ye)證(zheng)明信(或就(jiu)業(ye)推薦書(shu))、身份證(zheng)、本科畢(bi)業(ye)證(zheng)等(deng)原(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)及(ji)復(fu)印件(jian)(jian)(其中留(liu)(liu)學歸(gui)國(guo)人員(yuan)須(xu)提交教(jiao)育部留(liu)(liu)學服務中心(xin)出具(ju)(ju)的(de)學歷和學位(wei)認證(zheng)證(zheng)明原(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)及(ji)復(fu)印件(jian)(jian)),已(yi)經就(jiu)業(ye)或簽訂就(jiu)業(ye)協議書(shu)的(de)畢(bi)業(ye)生須(xu)出具(ju)(ju)用人單位(wei)同意報考證(zheng)明信。近(jin)期一寸同底版免冠(guan)彩色照片(pian)3張(zhang)。報名(ming)資(zi)格(ge)(ge)初審合格(ge)(ge)的(de),按筆(bi)試科目每科40元繳納筆(bi)試考務費。

符合減免(mian)考務(wu)費(fei)用條件(jian)的(de)(de)應聘人員,須在(zai)報名時攜帶(dai)有關證(zheng)(zheng)明材(cai)料辦理確認(ren)和減免(mian)手(shou)續。證(zheng)(zheng)明材(cai)料包括:城(cheng)鎮低(di)保(bao)家(jia)庭大學生,提(ti)交家(jia)庭所在(zai)地(di)的(de)(de)縣(xian)(區、市(shi))民政部門出(chu)具(ju)的(de)(de)享受最低(di)生活保(bao)障證(zheng)(zheng)明和低(di)保(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)及復(fu)印件(jian)。農村特(te)困(kun)大學生,提(ti)交家(jia)庭所在(zai)地(di)的(de)(de)縣(xian)(區、市(shi))扶貧辦(部門)出(chu)具(ju)的(de)(de)特(te)困(kun)證(zheng)(zheng)明和特(te)困(kun)家(jia)庭基本情況檔案(an)卡及復(fu)印件(jian),或者出(chu)具(ju)原省人事(shi)廳、省教育廳核發(fa)的(de)(de)《山(shan)東省特(te)困(kun)家(jia)庭高校畢業生就業服務(wu)卡》。證(zheng)(zheng)明材(cai)料出(chu)具(ju)不(bu)全(quan)的(de)(de)不(bu)予(yu)確認(ren)。

3、資格審查

資格審查(cha)貫穿招聘(pin)工(gong)作(zuo)全過程。初審合(he)格的(de),發給準(zhun)考證。

(二)考試

招聘考試(shi)實行筆試(shi)和講課測試(shi)相結合的辦法。

1、筆試

筆試時(shi)間(jian)為3月16日。筆試具(ju)體時(shi)間(jian)、地(di)點等相關事(shi)宜(yi)見準(zhun)考證。

筆試(shi)內(nei)容為教(jiao)(jiao)學基(ji)礎(chu)(chu)知識(shi)(shi)和專(zhuan)業課基(ji)礎(chu)(chu)知識(shi)(shi)兩科(ke)。教(jiao)(jiao)學基(ji)礎(chu)(chu)知識(shi)(shi)主要包括教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)學、心理學、教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)法、教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)資(zi)格(ge)條例(li)、教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)職業道德(de)規(gui)范等與教(jiao)(jiao)學實(shi)踐有關的(de)內(nei)容。專(zhuan)業課基(ji)礎(chu)(chu)知識(shi)(shi)為所應(ying)聘崗位高中段(duan)知識(shi)(shi)。按教(jiao)(jiao)學基(ji)礎(chu)(chu)知識(shi)(shi)和專(zhuan)業課基(ji)礎(chu)(chu)知識(shi)(shi)分別占40%、60%的(de)比例(li)百分制計算筆試(shi)成績(ji)。

應聘(pin)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員須參加規(gui)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)的全部科目(mu)考試(shi)(shi)(shi),其成(cheng)(cheng)績方可有效(xiao)。筆試(shi)(shi)(shi)結束后,根據筆試(shi)(shi)(shi)情(qing)況(kuang)確定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)筆試(shi)(shi)(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)績合(he)格(ge)(ge)線。在筆試(shi)(shi)(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)績合(he)格(ge)(ge)線以上,由(you)高分到(dao)低(di)分,按(an)招(zhao)聘(pin)崗位計劃的3倍比例確定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)面(mian)(mian)試(shi)(shi)(shi)范(fan)圍(wei)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)選。筆試(shi)(shi)(shi)合(he)格(ge)(ge)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)數達不(bu)到(dao)規(gui)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)比例的,按(an)實有合(he)格(ge)(ge)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)數確定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)面(mian)(mian)試(shi)(shi)(shi)范(fan)圍(wei)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)選。出現(xian)空缺的,取(qu)消招(zhao)聘(pin)計劃。筆試(shi)(shi)(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)績及進(jin)(jin)入(ru)面(mian)(mian)試(shi)(shi)(shi)范(fan)圍(wei)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員名單在萊州(zhou)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)事人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才網公布。

2、面試

進入面試范圍人員繳納(na)面試考務(wu)費(fei)70元(yuan),享(xiang)受減免(mian)筆(bi)試考務(wu)費(fei)的人員,免(mian)繳面試考務(wu)費(fei)。

面試(shi)采取講課(ke)測試(shi)方式,講課(ke)測試(shi)內容為高(gao)中(zhong)學段、所應聘崗位(wei)的(de)現行(xing)教材。面試(shi)時間等(deng)具體事宜另行(xing)通(tong)知。

面試實行百分制。為保證人(ren)員素(su)質,面試成績低于60分的,不(bu)予聘用。

面(mian)(mian)試(shi)(shi)(shi)結束后(hou)(hou),按(an)筆試(shi)(shi)(shi)成(cheng)績(ji)(ji)、面(mian)(mian)試(shi)(shi)(shi)成(cheng)績(ji)(ji)各占50%的(de)(de)比例百分(fen)制(zhi)計(ji)(ji)算考(kao)(kao)試(shi)(shi)(shi)總成(cheng)績(ji)(ji)。面(mian)(mian)試(shi)(shi)(shi)成(cheng)績(ji)(ji)、考(kao)(kao)試(shi)(shi)(shi)總成(cheng)績(ji)(ji)均計(ji)(ji)算到(dao)小數點(dian)后(hou)(hou)兩位(wei)(wei)數,尾(wei)數四(si)舍五入。根(gen)據考(kao)(kao)試(shi)(shi)(shi)總成(cheng)績(ji)(ji),分(fen)招聘(pin)崗位(wei)(wei),由高分(fen)到(dao)低分(fen)按(an)招聘(pin)計(ji)(ji)劃2倍(bei)確定體檢(jian)(jian)考(kao)(kao)核范圍(wei)(wei)人(ren)員(yuan)。同(tong)(tong)一招聘(pin)崗位(wei)(wei)出(chu)現考(kao)(kao)試(shi)(shi)(shi)總成(cheng)績(ji)(ji)相同(tong)(tong)且影響聘(pin)用的(de)(de),按(an)筆試(shi)(shi)(shi)成(cheng)績(ji)(ji)排(pai)序(xu)。成(cheng)績(ji)(ji)仍(reng)相同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de),依次按(an)博士、碩士、省級優秀畢業(ye)生的(de)(de)順(shun)序(xu)排(pai)序(xu)。仍(reng)不能(neng)確定的(de)(de),則(ze)組織考(kao)(kao)試(shi)(shi)(shi)總成(cheng)績(ji)(ji)相同(tong)(tong)人(ren)員(yuan)進(jin)(jin)行面(mian)(mian)試(shi)(shi)(shi),并(bing)依重新面(mian)(mian)試(shi)(shi)(shi)后(hou)(hou)的(de)(de)考(kao)(kao)試(shi)(shi)(shi)總成(cheng)績(ji)(ji)排(pai)序(xu)確定進(jin)(jin)入體檢(jian)(jian)考(kao)(kao)核范圍(wei)(wei)人(ren)員(yuan)。進(jin)(jin)入體檢(jian)(jian)考(kao)(kao)核范圍(wei)(wei)人(ren)員(yuan)名(ming)單在萊州人(ren)事人(ren)才(cai)網公布。

(三)體檢和考核

體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)考(kao)(kao)核(he)(he)(he)范圍(wei)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)確定后(hou),分(fen)招聘(pin)崗(gang)位(wei),依考(kao)(kao)試總成績由高(gao)分(fen)到低分(fen)按招聘(pin)計劃等額對(dui)應聘(pin)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)考(kao)(kao)核(he)(he)(he)。如體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)考(kao)(kao)核(he)(he)(he)均(jun)合格,不再對(dui)其(qi)他(ta)(ta)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)考(kao)(kao)核(he)(he)(he)范圍(wei)的(de)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)考(kao)(kao)核(he)(he)(he)。對(dui)體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)考(kao)(kao)核(he)(he)(he)不合格或棄(qi)權造成的(de)空缺,從該招聘(pin)崗(gang)位(wei)其(qi)他(ta)(ta)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)考(kao)(kao)核(he)(he)(he)范圍(wei)的(de)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)中按考(kao)(kao)試總成績由高(gao)分(fen)到低分(fen)依次等額遞補(bu)。

2、考(kao)(kao)核(he)。對體檢(jian)合格(ge)人員,按(an)照德才兼備的(de)標準和聘(pin)用崗位要求進行考(kao)(kao)核(he),全面了解被考(kao)(kao)核(he)對象的(de)政治思想、道德品質(zhi)、能(neng)力(li)素(su)質(zhi)、學(xue)習和工作表現、遵紀守法、廉潔自律以及是否需(xu)要回(hui)避(bi)等方面的(de)情況,并(bing)對考(kao)(kao)核(he)對象進行資格(ge)復審(shen)。

(四)聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)。對(dui)體(ti)(ti)檢考核合格(ge)(ge)的擬(ni)(ni)聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)人(ren)員(yuan),在(zai)萊州(zhou)人(ren)事(shi)人(ren)才網(wang)上公示(shi),公示(shi)期7個工作日(ri)。公示(shi)期滿后,對(dui)沒(mei)有問(wen)題(ti)或反映問(wen)題(ti)不影響聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)的,按規(gui)定(ding)(ding)程序辦(ban)理聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)手(shou)續(xu)。對(dui)有嚴重(zhong)問(wen)題(ti)并(bing)查(cha)實的,不予聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)。對(dui)反映有嚴重(zhong)問(wen)題(ti),但一時(shi)難以(yi)(yi)查(cha)實的,暫(zan)緩聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong),待(dai)查(cha)實并(bing)做(zuo)出(chu)結(jie)論后再決定(ding)(ding)是否聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)。聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)人(ren)員(yuan)是應屆全日(ri)制統招畢(bi)業(ye)生的,簽訂就業(ye)協議(yi)書,并(bing)于正(zheng)式畢(bi)業(ye)后在(zai)規(gui)定(ding)(ding)時(shi)間內辦(ban)理聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)手(shou)續(xu)。如果不能如期畢(bi)業(ye),或無正(zheng)當理由(you)未在(zai)規(gui)定(ding)(ding)時(shi)間內報到,或經(jing)審查(cha)不符合招聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)條件的,取(qu)消其聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)資(zi)格(ge)(ge)。應聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)城區初中學(xue)校崗位(wei)的擬(ni)(ni)聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)人(ren)員(yuan),具體(ti)(ti)聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)單位(wei)由(you)組(zu)織統一確定(ding)(ding),不服從(cong)組(zu)織安排的取(qu)消聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)資(zi)格(ge)(ge)。新聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)人(ren)員(yuan)實行試(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)期制度(du),試(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)期滿經(jing)考核不合格(ge)(ge)的,解除聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)合同。因考生棄權或被取(qu)消聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)資(zi)格(ge)(ge)的崗位(wei),不再予以(yi)(yi)遞補。
