按照《山東(dong)省事業(ye)單位公(gong)(gong)開招聘人員(yuan)實施辦法》(魯人發(fa)〔2006〕23號)和《煙臺市事業(ye)單位公(gong)(gong)開招聘人員(yuan)實施細則(試行(xing))》(煙人〔2007〕58號)等規定,萊州市2014年擬公(gong)(gong)開招聘高層次教師20名(ming),現公(gong)(gong)告如下:
一、招聘范圍和條件
(一)具(ju)有(you)中(zhong)華人(ren)民(min)共和國國籍,享(xiang)有(you)公民(min)的政治權利。
(二)擁護(hu)中(zhong)國(guo)共產(chan)黨的領導,熱愛社(she)會(hui)主義。
(三)遵紀守法,品行端(duan)正(zheng),具有良(liang)好的職業道德。
(四)2014年應(ying)屆全日制(zhi)研究(jiu)生(sheng)學(xue)(xue)歷畢業(ye)生(sheng)(本科須(xu)(xu)為師范類畢業(ye)生(sheng))可(ke)以應(ying)聘。應(ying)聘人(ren)(ren)員須(xu)(xu)于(yu)2014年7月底前按期畢業(ye)并取(qu)得相應(ying)學(xue)(xue)歷和(he)(he)學(xue)(xue)位(wei)證書(留學(xue)(xue)歸(gui)國人(ren)(ren)員可(ke)參加報(bao)考,須(xu)(xu)于(yu)報(bao)名前取(qu)得教育部留學(xue)(xue)服務中心出具的學(xue)(xue)歷和(he)(he)學(xue)(xue)位(wei)認證手續)。應(ying)聘人(ren)(ren)員研究(jiu)生(sheng)所(suo)學(xue)(xue)專業(ye)須(xu)(xu)與(yu)本科所(suo)學(xue)(xue)專業(ye)(畢業(ye)證所(suo)載專業(ye))方向一(yi)致(zhi),本科所(suo)學(xue)(xue)專業(ye)須(xu)(xu)與(yu)崗位(wei)專業(ye)要(yao)求一(yi)致(zhi)。
(五)應聘人員須具備獲(huo)取應聘學段及以上教師資(zi)格的(de)認定條件(jian)。
(六(liu))身(shen)體(ti)健康,符(fu)合崗(gang)位聘(pin)用(yong)健康標準。
定向、委(wei)培應(ying)(ying)屆畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)報(bao)考,須征(zheng)得定向、委(wei)培單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)同意。已經就業(ye)或(huo)(huo)簽(qian)訂就業(ye)協議(yi)書的畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)須用(yong)人(ren)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)出具(ju)同意報(bao)考證(zheng)明。參(can)照《公(gong)務員(yuan)回(hui)避(bi)(bi)規定(試行)》、黨(dang)政領導(dao)干部任職回(hui)避(bi)(bi)等有關(guan)規定,應(ying)(ying)聘人(ren)員(yuan)不得應(ying)(ying)聘與本人(ren)有回(hui)避(bi)(bi)關(guan)系(xi)的單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)或(huo)(huo)崗位(wei)(wei)(wei)。在(zai)(zai)讀全日制院校非(fei)應(ying)(ying)屆畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)、現役軍人(ren)、曾(ceng)受過刑事處(chu)罰或(huo)(huo)曾(ceng)被開(kai)除公(gong)職人(ren)員(yuan)、2010年(nian)以來在(zai)(zai)各(ge)級公(gong)務員(yuan)和事業(ye)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)公(gong)開(kai)招考被認定有違規違紀行為的人(ren)員(yuan)以及法律、法規規定不得聘用(yong)的其他情形人(ren)員(yuan),不得參(can)加應(ying)(ying)聘。
二、招聘崗位和計劃
招聘計劃共20名,其(qi)中萊(lai)州市第一(yi)中學(xue)教(jiao)師(shi)崗位8名,萊(lai)州市城區初(chu)中學(xue)校教(jiao)師(shi)崗位12名。
三、招聘辦法
(一)報名
1、報名時間及地點
報(bao)名采取(qu)統一時間、現場報(bao)名的方法(fa)進行。每人(ren)限(xian)報(bao)一個招(zhao)聘(pin)崗位(wei)。應(ying)(ying)聘(pin)人(ren)員偽造學歷證(zheng)明及其他(ta)證(zheng)件騙取(qu)考試資格(ge)的,給予取(qu)消(xiao)本次應(ying)(ying)聘(pin)資格(ge)且(qie)5年內不得應(ying)(ying)聘(pin)我市事業單位(wei)的處理。
報(bao)名時間:2014年3月13日—14日。
報名地點:萊州市招生(sheng)辦公室三樓會議室(文(wen)化東(dong)街,萊州市教體局東(dong))。
2、報名辦法
應(ying)聘人員(yuan)報(bao)(bao)名(ming)時,填寫報(bao)(bao)名(ming)登記表、應(ying)聘誠信(xin)承(cheng)諾書(shu),提交院校(xiao)教務處出具的(de)研(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)學歷(li)及(ji)專業(ye)證(zheng)明(ming)信(xin)(或(huo)就(jiu)業(ye)推(tui)薦書(shu))、身份證(zheng)、本科畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)證(zheng)等原件(jian)及(ji)復印件(jian)(其中(zhong)留學歸國人員(yuan)須提交教育部留學服(fu)務中(zhong)心出具的(de)學歷(li)和學位(wei)認證(zheng)證(zheng)明(ming)原件(jian)及(ji)復印件(jian)),已經就(jiu)業(ye)或(huo)簽訂就(jiu)業(ye)協議書(shu)的(de)畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)生(sheng)須出具用人單(dan)位(wei)同意報(bao)(bao)考(kao)證(zheng)明(ming)信(xin)。近期一寸同底版免冠(guan)彩色照片3張。報(bao)(bao)名(ming)資格初審合格的(de),按筆試科目(mu)每科40元繳納(na)筆試考(kao)務費(fei)。
符合減免(mian)考務費用條件的(de)應(ying)聘(pin)人員,須在(zai)(zai)報名時攜(xie)帶有關證(zheng)(zheng)明材料(liao)辦(ban)理(li)確(que)認和減免(mian)手續。證(zheng)(zheng)明材料(liao)包括:城鎮低(di)保(bao)家(jia)庭(ting)大學生,提交(jiao)家(jia)庭(ting)所在(zai)(zai)地的(de)縣(區(qu)(qu)、市(shi))民政部(bu)門出(chu)具(ju)(ju)(ju)的(de)享受最低(di)生活保(bao)障證(zheng)(zheng)明和低(di)保(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)及復印件。農村特困(kun)大學生,提交(jiao)家(jia)庭(ting)所在(zai)(zai)地的(de)縣(區(qu)(qu)、市(shi))扶(fu)貧辦(ban)(部(bu)門)出(chu)具(ju)(ju)(ju)的(de)特困(kun)證(zheng)(zheng)明和特困(kun)家(jia)庭(ting)基本情況檔案(an)卡(ka)及復印件,或者(zhe)出(chu)具(ju)(ju)(ju)原省(sheng)人事廳、省(sheng)教育廳核發(fa)的(de)《山東省(sheng)特困(kun)家(jia)庭(ting)高(gao)校畢業生就業服務卡(ka)》。證(zheng)(zheng)明材料(liao)出(chu)具(ju)(ju)(ju)不全的(de)不予確(que)認。
3、資格審查
資格審查貫穿(chuan)招聘工作全過程。初審合格的,發給準考證。
(二)考試
招(zhao)聘考試(shi)實行筆試(shi)和講課(ke)測試(shi)相結(jie)合的辦法。
1、筆試
筆(bi)試(shi)時間為3月16日(ri)。筆(bi)試(shi)具體時間、地點等相(xiang)關事宜(yi)見(jian)準考(kao)證。
筆試(shi)內容為教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)基(ji)(ji)礎知(zhi)識(shi)和專(zhuan)業(ye)課基(ji)(ji)礎知(zhi)識(shi)兩科。教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)基(ji)(ji)礎知(zhi)識(shi)主要包括(kuo)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)學(xue)、心(xin)理學(xue)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師法、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師資格條(tiao)例、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師職業(ye)道德規(gui)范等與教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)實踐有關的內容。專(zhuan)業(ye)課基(ji)(ji)礎知(zhi)識(shi)為所應聘崗位(wei)高中段知(zhi)識(shi)。按教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)基(ji)(ji)礎知(zhi)識(shi)和專(zhuan)業(ye)課基(ji)(ji)礎知(zhi)識(shi)分別占40%、60%的比例百分制(zhi)計算筆試(shi)成績。
應聘(pin)人(ren)員須(xu)參加(jia)規(gui)(gui)定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)全(quan)部科目考試(shi)(shi),其成(cheng)績方可有效。筆試(shi)(shi)結束后,根據筆試(shi)(shi)情況確定(ding)(ding)筆試(shi)(shi)成(cheng)績合(he)格線。在(zai)筆試(shi)(shi)成(cheng)績合(he)格線以上,由高(gao)分(fen)到低分(fen),按招聘(pin)崗位計劃的(de)(de)3倍比(bi)例確定(ding)(ding)進入面試(shi)(shi)范圍(wei)人(ren)選。筆試(shi)(shi)合(he)格人(ren)數達不到規(gui)(gui)定(ding)(ding)比(bi)例的(de)(de),按實有合(he)格人(ren)數確定(ding)(ding)進入面試(shi)(shi)范圍(wei)人(ren)選。出(chu)現空缺的(de)(de),取消(xiao)招聘(pin)計劃。筆試(shi)(shi)成(cheng)績及進入面試(shi)(shi)范圍(wei)人(ren)員名單在(zai)萊州人(ren)事人(ren)才(cai)網公(gong)布。
2、面試
進(jin)入面(mian)試范圍人員繳納面(mian)試考(kao)(kao)務費70元,享受減免筆試考(kao)(kao)務費的人員,免繳面(mian)試考(kao)(kao)務費。
面試(shi)采(cai)取講課測試(shi)方式,講課測試(shi)內(nei)容為高中學段、所(suo)應聘(pin)崗位的現行教材。面試(shi)時間(jian)等具體(ti)事(shi)宜另行通(tong)知(zhi)。
面試實(shi)行(xing)百分制。為保證人員素(su)質(zhi),面試成績低于60分的,不予(yu)聘用。
面試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)結束后(hou)(hou),按(an)(an)筆試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、面試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)各(ge)占(zhan)50%的(de)比例百分制計算考(kao)(kao)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)總成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)。面試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、考(kao)(kao)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)總成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)均計算到小數(shu)點(dian)后(hou)(hou)兩(liang)位(wei)數(shu),尾數(shu)四舍五(wu)入。根據考(kao)(kao)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)總成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),分招聘(pin)(pin)崗位(wei),由(you)高分到低(di)分按(an)(an)招聘(pin)(pin)計劃2倍(bei)確定(ding)體檢(jian)考(kao)(kao)核范(fan)圍(wei)人(ren)員。同(tong)一(yi)招聘(pin)(pin)崗位(wei)出現(xian)考(kao)(kao)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)總成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)相(xiang)同(tong)且影(ying)響聘(pin)(pin)用的(de),按(an)(an)筆試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)排序。成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)仍相(xiang)同(tong)的(de),依次按(an)(an)博士(shi)、碩士(shi)、省(sheng)級優(you)秀畢(bi)業生的(de)順序排序。仍不能確定(ding)的(de),則組織(zhi)考(kao)(kao)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)總成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)相(xiang)同(tong)人(ren)員進行面試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),并依重新面試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)后(hou)(hou)的(de)考(kao)(kao)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)總成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)排序確定(ding)進入體檢(jian)考(kao)(kao)核范(fan)圍(wei)人(ren)員。進入體檢(jian)考(kao)(kao)核范(fan)圍(wei)人(ren)員名單在萊(lai)州人(ren)事人(ren)才網公(gong)布。
(三)體檢和考核
體(ti)檢考(kao)核(he)(he)(he)(he)范(fan)(fan)圍人(ren)員確(que)定后,分(fen)招(zhao)聘崗位(wei),依(yi)考(kao)試(shi)總成績(ji)由高(gao)分(fen)到(dao)低分(fen)按招(zhao)聘計(ji)劃等額對應聘人(ren)員進行體(ti)檢考(kao)核(he)(he)(he)(he)。如體(ti)檢考(kao)核(he)(he)(he)(he)均合(he)格,不(bu)再對其他(ta)進入(ru)體(ti)檢考(kao)核(he)(he)(he)(he)范(fan)(fan)圍的人(ren)員進行體(ti)檢考(kao)核(he)(he)(he)(he)。對體(ti)檢考(kao)核(he)(he)(he)(he)不(bu)合(he)格或棄權造(zao)成的空缺(que),從該(gai)招(zhao)聘崗位(wei)其他(ta)進入(ru)體(ti)檢考(kao)核(he)(he)(he)(he)范(fan)(fan)圍的人(ren)員中按考(kao)試(shi)總成績(ji)由高(gao)分(fen)到(dao)低分(fen)依(yi)次等額遞補。

2、考核(he)。對體檢合格人(ren)員,按照(zhao)德(de)才(cai)兼(jian)備的(de)標準(zhun)和(he)聘用崗(gang)位要求進(jin)(jin)行考核(he),全面(mian)了解被考核(he)對象(xiang)的(de)政(zheng)治思想、道德(de)品質、能力素質、學(xue)習和(he)工作表(biao)現(xian)、遵紀守法、廉潔(jie)自律以及是否需要回(hui)避等方(fang)面(mian)的(de)情況,并對考核(he)對象(xiang)進(jin)(jin)行資格復審。
(四)聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)。對體檢考核合(he)格的(de)擬聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)人(ren)員,在萊州人(ren)事(shi)人(ren)才(cai)網上公示(shi),公示(shi)期7個工作日。公示(shi)期滿(man)后(hou)(hou),對沒有(you)(you)問(wen)(wen)題(ti)或反映問(wen)(wen)題(ti)不(bu)(bu)影響聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de),按規(gui)定程序(xu)辦理(li)聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)手續(xu)。對有(you)(you)嚴重(zhong)問(wen)(wen)題(ti)并查實的(de),不(bu)(bu)予聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)。對反映有(you)(you)嚴重(zhong)問(wen)(wen)題(ti),但一(yi)時難以查實的(de),暫(zan)緩聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong),待查實并做出結論(lun)后(hou)(hou)再決定是(shi)否聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)。聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)人(ren)員是(shi)應(ying)屆全日制統招畢業(ye)(ye)生的(de),簽(qian)訂就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)協議書,并于正式畢業(ye)(ye)后(hou)(hou)在規(gui)定時間內(nei)辦理(li)聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)手續(xu)。如果不(bu)(bu)能如期畢業(ye)(ye),或無正當理(li)由未(wei)在規(gui)定時間內(nei)報到,或經審查不(bu)(bu)符合(he)招聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)條件的(de),取(qu)消(xiao)其聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)資(zi)格。應(ying)聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)城區初(chu)中學校崗位(wei)(wei)的(de)擬聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)人(ren)員,具體聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)單位(wei)(wei)由組織統一(yi)確定,不(bu)(bu)服從組織安(an)排的(de)取(qu)消(xiao)聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)資(zi)格。新聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)人(ren)員實行(xing)試用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)期制度,試用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)期滿(man)經考核不(bu)(bu)合(he)格的(de),解除聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)合(he)同。因(yin)考生棄權或被取(qu)消(xiao)聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)資(zi)格的(de)崗位(wei)(wei),不(bu)(bu)再予以遞(di)補。
