對于廣大職場人來說(shuo),“朝九(jiu)晚(wan)五”是(shi)(shi)再(zai)熟悉不(bu)過的(de)詞了(le),那么(me)你是(shi)(shi)否知道“996”工(gong)作(zuo)制(zhi)度(du)呢(ni)?顧名思(si)義,“996”工(gong)作(zuo)制(zhi)度(du)指的(de)就(jiu)是(shi)(shi):上(shang)班時(shi)間(jian)(jian)從早上(shang)9點(dian)到晚(wan)上(shang)9點(dian),每周(zhou)工(gong)作(zuo)6天(tian),一周(zhou)算下來是(shi)(shi)12*6=72小時(shi),而國家法定的(de)正常工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)為:朝九(jiu)晚(wan)五,5天(tian)工(gong)作(zuo)制(zhi),一周(zhou)算下來是(shi)(shi)8*5=40個小時(shi)。也(ye)就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)說(shuo)996工(gong)作(zuo)制(zhi)幾乎是(shi)(shi)正常工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)的(de)兩倍。據說(shuo),阿(a)里、華為、騰訊等公司都在使用這種工(gong)作(zuo)制(zhi)度(du)。那么(me)山東職場人工(gong)工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)如(ru)何呢(ni)?
8小時工作制普遍,周末雙休已成奢求
根據抽取了省(sheng)內(nei)10萬份企(qi)業樣本進行分析,由上圖可見,目前省(sheng)內(nei)大多數企(qi)業提(ti)(ti)供每天8小時(shi)工作制(zhi),其提(ti)(ti)供率(lv)為61%,而(er)周末雙(shuang)休則成為廣大職場人(ren)的奢求,其提(ti)(ti)供率(lv)僅為22%,那么山東職場人(ren)每周需要工作時(shi)間(jian)是多少呢?
9成職場人需加班,每天2小時最普遍
通(tong)過(guo)(guo)上(shang)圖來看(kan),目(mu)前山東(dong)職(zhi)場人超9成(cheng)需要(yao)加(jia)班,有(you)44.68%表(biao)示每周(zhou)工(gong)作時間在40-50小(xiao)時;有(you)28.9%表(biao)示每周(zhou)工(gong)作時間在50-60小(xiao)時;工(gong)作時間在60-70小(xiao)時工(gong)、70-80小(xiao)時和80小(xiao)時以上(shang)的(de)職(zhi)場人占比(bi)分(fen)別為11.8%、3.49%和4.41%。綜合來看(kan)每天加(jia)班超過(guo)(guo)2小(xiao)時的(de)人,占比(bi)已超過(guo)(guo)7成(cheng);已遭遇(yu)996和997(朝九(jiu)晚九(jiu),每周(zhou)工(gong)作7天)工(gong)作制的(de)人數幾(ji)乎(hu)接近(jin)2成(cheng)。
加班多、雙休少,IT/互聯網行業最“苦逼”
我們(men)分析了省內(nei)8小時工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)制提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)最低的十個行(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)和(he)雙休(xiu)(xiu)提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)最低的十個行(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye),就8小時工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)制提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)來(lai)看,IT/互聯網行(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)最低,其提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)僅為(wei)46.67%,建(jian)筑/工(gong)程(cheng)行(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)以48.22%是提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)位(wei)列其次,僅以上兩個行(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)未(wei)超過(guo)50%,除此之外(wai)電子商務、網絡游戲行(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)也相對較低,僅為(wei)50.3%和(he)50.52%。而通(tong)過(guo)雙休(xiu)(xiu)提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)來(lai)看,IT/互聯網行(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)再(zai)次位(wei)列榜首,其提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)僅為(wei)7.19%,批發零售、建(jian)筑/工(gong)程(cheng)兩行(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)也不足一成,分別為(wei)8.7%和(he)9.6%。
綜合來(lai)看(kan),IT/互聯網行(xing)(xing)業(ye)工作時間最長(chang),最為苦逼(bi),這也與該行(xing)(xing)業(ye)特(te)性有關,畢竟當前IT/互聯網行(xing)(xing)業(ye)中創業(ye)型企(qi)(qi)業(ye)較多,而企(qi)(qi)業(ye)創業(ye)初期,需要搶(qiang)奪市場,提高自身競爭優勢等,時間緊工作繁重(zhong),這都造成該行(xing)(xing)業(ye)8小時工作制(zhi)、雙休提供率(lv)普遍過(guo)低。
“996”工作制下,8成職場人表示接受
那(nei)么當公司要求員工“996”工作(zuo)(zuo)制(zhi)(zhi)時,山東職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)人態度如(ru)何(he)呢?為此(ci)我(wo)們(men)也通過問卷形式調查了省內1萬(wan)民職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)人士(shi),由上圖(tu)可(ke)見,有(you)21.91%的(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)人表示會(hui)直接(jie)辭職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),如(ru)果補貼合理,可(ke)以接(jie)受(shou)(shou)者最多,其占(zhan)比高(gao)達(da)57.73%,也有(you)13.84%的(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)人表示會(hui)抵制(zhi)(zhi),但最終接(jie)受(shou)(shou),除此(ci)之(zhi)外有(you)6.52%的(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)人表示沒有(you)問題會(hui)完全接(jie)受(shou)(shou)。總體(ti)來看山東職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)人對于“996”工作(zuo)(zuo)制(zhi)(zhi)并不抵制(zhi)(zhi),近(jin)8成職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)人表示可(ke)以接(jie)受(shou)(shou),山東職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)人為何(he)選擇接(jie)受(shou)(shou)“996工作(zuo)(zuo)制(zhi)(zhi)”呢?
加班只為錢?提升自身能力同樣重要
由上圖調(diao)查可見,有(you)38.05%的職場人表示為了(le)得到更高的收入所(suo)以接受(shou),選(xuan)擇(ze)增加自(zi)身競爭力的職場人也相對較(jiao)多,其占(zhan)比為34.6%,也有(you)18.05%的職場人表示可得到額外(wai)的訓練因(yin)而(er)(er)接受(shou)“996”工作制(zhi),除(chu)此之(zhi)外(wai)有(you)9.3%的職場人因(yin)崗位榮譽(yu)感而(er)(er)選(xuan)擇(ze)接受(shou)。
在我(wo)們的調查時一(yi)位來自(zi)青(qing)島(dao)的王先生表(biao)示,“相(xiang)對于加(jia)班費,我(wo)更看重個(ge)人能力(li)的提(ti)升”,自(zi)己剛(gang)入職(zhi)時,沒(mei)有一(yi)天(tian)是(shi)晚上十點之前離開公(gong)司(si)的,好幾次(ci)凌晨回到(dao)(dao)家剛(gang)睡了(le)三四(si)個(ge)小時就又被叫醒去(qu)公(gong)司(si)忙(mang)項(xiang)目(mu)的事(shi)情。等到(dao)(dao)整個(ge)項(xiang)目(mu)終于順利結束,和大家一(yi)起去(qu)慶功宴,受到(dao)(dao)同事(shi)和領導的一(yi)致肯定,這一(yi)刻之前所做的一(yi)切都是(shi)值得(de)的。有輕松,有努力(li)之后的疲倦,但是(shi)更多地(di)覺(jue)得(de)是(shi)成(cheng)長,在加(jia)班、竭盡全力(li)的拼搏中,也收獲了(le)快速(su)成(cheng)長。
