山東九成職場人需要加班 互聯網行業最“苦逼”

對于廣(guang)大職場(chang)(chang)人來說,“朝(chao)九(jiu)晚五(wu)”是(shi)(shi)再(zai)熟悉(xi)不過(guo)的(de)(de)詞(ci)了,那么你是(shi)(shi)否知道(dao)“996”工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)制(zhi)度呢?顧名思義,“996”工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)制(zhi)度指的(de)(de)就(jiu)是(shi)(shi):上(shang)班時間從早(zao)上(shang)9點到晚上(shang)9點,每周工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)6天,一周算下來是(shi)(shi)12*6=72小時,而國家(jia)法定的(de)(de)正(zheng)常工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)時間為:朝(chao)九(jiu)晚五(wu),5天工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)制(zhi),一周算下來是(shi)(shi)8*5=40個小時。也就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)說996工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)制(zhi)幾乎是(shi)(shi)正(zheng)常工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)時間的(de)(de)兩倍。據說,阿里、華為、騰(teng)訊等公司都在(zai)使用這種工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)制(zhi)度。那么山東(dong)職場(chang)(chang)人工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)時間如何呢?

8小時工作制普遍,周末雙休已成奢求

根據抽取了省內10萬(wan)份企業(ye)(ye)樣本進行(xing)分析,由上圖可見,目前省內大多(duo)數企業(ye)(ye)提供每天8小時(shi)工作制,其(qi)提供率為61%,而周末雙(shuang)休則(ze)成為廣(guang)大職場人的(de)奢求,其(qi)提供率僅為22%,那(nei)么山東職場人每周需要工作時(shi)間是(shi)多(duo)少(shao)呢?

9成職場人需加班,每天2小時最普遍

通過(guo)(guo)上圖來看,目前山東職場人超9成(cheng)需(xu)要加班,有44.68%表示每(mei)周(zhou)工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間在(zai)40-50小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi);有28.9%表示每(mei)周(zhou)工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間在(zai)50-60小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi);工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間在(zai)60-70小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)、70-80小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)和(he)80小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)以上的(de)職場人占(zhan)比分別為11.8%、3.49%和(he)4.41%。綜合(he)來看每(mei)天加班超過(guo)(guo)2小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)人,占(zhan)比已超過(guo)(guo)7成(cheng);已遭(zao)遇996和(he)997(朝九晚九,每(mei)周(zhou)工(gong)作(zuo)7天)工(gong)作(zuo)制的(de)人數(shu)幾乎接近2成(cheng)。

加班多、雙休少,IT/互聯網行業最“苦逼”

我們分析了省內8小(xiao)時工(gong)作制(zhi)提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)最低的十個行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)和(he)雙休提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)最低的十個行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye),就8小(xiao)時工(gong)作制(zhi)提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)來看,IT/互聯網(wang)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)最低,其提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)僅為46.67%,建(jian)筑(zhu)/工(gong)程(cheng)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)以48.22%是提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)位列(lie)其次,僅以上(shang)兩個行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)未超過50%,除此之外(wai)電子商(shang)務(wu)、網(wang)絡游戲(xi)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)也(ye)相對較低,僅為50.3%和(he)50.52%。而通(tong)過雙休提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)來看,IT/互聯網(wang)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)再次位列(lie)榜首,其提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)僅為7.19%,批發(fa)零售、建(jian)筑(zhu)/工(gong)程(cheng)兩行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)也(ye)不(bu)足一成(cheng),分別為8.7%和(he)9.6%。

綜合來看,IT/互(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)工作(zuo)時間(jian)最(zui)長,最(zui)為苦逼,這也與該行(xing)(xing)業(ye)特性有關,畢竟當前IT/互(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)中創業(ye)型企(qi)(qi)業(ye)較多,而(er)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)創業(ye)初期,需要搶奪(duo)市場,提高自身競爭優勢等,時間(jian)緊工作(zuo)繁(fan)重(zhong),這都造成該行(xing)(xing)業(ye)8小時工作(zuo)制、雙休提供(gong)率普遍(bian)過低。

“996”工作制下,8成職場人表示接受

那么當(dang)公司(si)要(yao)求員工(gong)“996”工(gong)作制(zhi)(zhi)時,山(shan)東(dong)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場人(ren)(ren)(ren)態度(du)如何(he)呢(ni)?為此我們也(ye)通過問卷形式(shi)調(diao)查(cha)了省內(nei)1萬民(min)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場人(ren)(ren)(ren)士,由上圖(tu)可(ke)見,有21.91%的(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場人(ren)(ren)(ren)表(biao)示(shi)會(hui)直接(jie)(jie)辭職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),如果(guo)補貼合理,可(ke)以(yi)接(jie)(jie)受(shou)者最(zui)多,其占比(bi)高達57.73%,也(ye)有13.84%的(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場人(ren)(ren)(ren)表(biao)示(shi)會(hui)抵制(zhi)(zhi),但最(zui)終(zhong)接(jie)(jie)受(shou),除(chu)此之(zhi)外有6.52%的(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場人(ren)(ren)(ren)表(biao)示(shi)沒(mei)有問題會(hui)完全接(jie)(jie)受(shou)。總體來(lai)看山(shan)東(dong)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場人(ren)(ren)(ren)對于“996”工(gong)作制(zhi)(zhi)并不抵制(zhi)(zhi),近(jin)8成職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場人(ren)(ren)(ren)表(biao)示(shi)可(ke)以(yi)接(jie)(jie)受(shou),山(shan)東(dong)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場人(ren)(ren)(ren)為何(he)選(xuan)擇接(jie)(jie)受(shou)“996工(gong)作制(zhi)(zhi)”呢(ni)?

加班只為錢?提升自身能力同樣重要

由(you)上(shang)圖調查(cha)可(ke)見,有(you)38.05%的(de)(de)職(zhi)場(chang)人表示(shi)為了(le)得到更(geng)高(gao)的(de)(de)收入所以(yi)接受(shou)(shou),選擇增加自身競爭力的(de)(de)職(zhi)場(chang)人也(ye)相對較多,其(qi)占比(bi)為34.6%,也(ye)有(you)18.05%的(de)(de)職(zhi)場(chang)人表示(shi)可(ke)得到額(e)外的(de)(de)訓(xun)練(lian)因而接受(shou)(shou)“996”工(gong)作制,除此之外有(you)9.3%的(de)(de)職(zhi)場(chang)人因崗位榮譽感(gan)而選擇接受(shou)(shou)。

在(zai)我們的(de)(de)調查時(shi)(shi)一位來(lai)自青島的(de)(de)王先生(sheng)表示,“相對于加班費,我更看重個人能力(li)(li)的(de)(de)提升”,自己剛入(ru)職時(shi)(shi),沒有一天是晚上(shang)十點之前離開公司的(de)(de),好(hao)幾次凌晨(chen)回(hui)到家剛睡了三四個小時(shi)(shi)就又被(bei)叫醒去公司忙項目的(de)(de)事情。等(deng)到整(zheng)個項目終于順(shun)利(li)結束,和(he)大家一起(qi)去慶功宴,受(shou)到同事和(he)領導的(de)(de)一致肯定,這一刻(ke)之前所做的(de)(de)一切都是值得(de)的(de)(de)。有輕(qing)松,有努力(li)(li)之后的(de)(de)疲倦,但(dan)是更多地覺得(de)是成長(chang),在(zai)加班、竭盡全力(li)(li)的(de)(de)拼搏中,也收獲了快速成長(chang)。
