公司扣押員工的身份證合適嗎?

我是一名應屆畢(bi)業生,現在(zai)(zai)正在(zai)(zai)濟南工(gong)作,想知道單位(wei)扣(kou)押員工(gong)的身份證合適嗎?

根據規定(ding)(ding),用人單(dan)(dan)位違(wei)反《勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)法》規定(ding)(ding),扣(kou)押勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)居民身份(fen)證等證件(jian)的,由勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)行政部(bu)門責令限(xian)(xian)期(qi)退(tui)還(huan)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)本(ben)人,并依(yi)(yi)照有關法律規定(ding)(ding)給予處(chu)罰(fa)。 另外,如果用人單(dan)(dan)位以擔(dan)(dan)保或者(zhe)(zhe)其他名(ming)義向勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)收(shou)取財物的,由勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)行政部(bu)門責令限(xian)(xian)期(qi)退(tui)還(huan)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)本(ben)人,并以每人500元以上2000元以下的標準處(chu)以罰(fa)款;給勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)造成損害(hai)的,應當承擔(dan)(dan)賠(pei)償責任。 勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)依(yi)(yi)法解除(chu)或者(zhe)(zhe)終(zhong)止勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)時,用人單(dan)(dan)位扣(kou)押勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)檔案或者(zhe)(zhe)其他物品(pin)的,依(yi)(yi)照前款規定(ding)(ding)處(chu)罰(fa)。
