你好,我(wo)是萊蕪一家單(dan)位(wei)的員工,想了解(jie)一下(xia)什么(me)情況下(xia)用人單(dan)位(wei)可以解(jie)除勞動合同呢?

有(you)下(xia)列情(qing)形(xing)之一(yi)的,用人單位可以解除勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)合同(tong),但是應當提前三(san)十日以書面形(xing)式通知勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)本人: (一(yi))勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)患病或者(zhe)非因工(gong)(gong)負傷,醫療期滿后,不(bu)(bu)能(neng)從事(shi)原(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)也不(bu)(bu)能(neng)從事(shi)由用人單位另行安(an)排的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的; (二(er))勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)不(bu)(bu)能(neng)勝任(ren)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),經(jing)過培訓或者(zhe)調整(zheng)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)崗位,仍不(bu)(bu)能(neng)勝任(ren)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的; (三(san))勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)訂立時所依據的客觀情(qing)況發生重大(da)變(bian)化,致(zhi)使原(yuan)(yuan)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)無法(fa)履行,經(jing)當事(shi)人協商不(bu)(bu)能(neng)就變(bian)更勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)達成(cheng)協議的。
