答 是不(bu)可以的,《勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)同法實施(shi)條例》規定:勞(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)在試(shi)用期的工(gong)(gong)(gong)資不(bu)得(de)(de)(de)低(di)(di)于本單位相同崗位最(zui)低(di)(di)檔工(gong)(gong)(gong)資的80%或(huo)者(zhe)不(bu)得(de)(de)(de)低(di)(di)于勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)同約定工(gong)(gong)(gong)資的80%,并不(bu)得(de)(de)(de)低(di)(di)于用人(ren)單位所(suo)在地的最(zui)低(di)(di)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資標準。
