我(wo)國《勞(lao)動法》第二十(shi)條(tiao)規(gui)定,勞(lao)動合(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)的期(qi)(qi)限(xian)(xian)分為有固(gu)定期(qi)(qi)限(xian)(xian)、無(wu)固(gu)定期(qi)(qi)限(xian)(xian)和以(yi)完成一定的工(gong)作(zuo)為期(qi)(qi)限(xian)(xian)。同(tong)(tong)(tong)時(shi)還(huan)規(gui)定,勞(lao)動者在同(tong)(tong)(tong)一用(yong)人(ren)單位連續(xu)工(gong)作(zuo)滿十(shi)年(nian)以(yi)上,當事人(ren)雙方同(tong)(tong)(tong)意續(xu)延勞(lao)動合(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)的,如(ru)果勞(lao)動者提出(chu)訂(ding)(ding)立(li)無(wu)固(gu)定期(qi)(qi)限(xian)(xian)勞(lao)動合(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)的,應當訂(ding)(ding)立(li)無(wu)固(gu)定期(qi)(qi)限(xian)(xian)的勞(lao)動合(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)。
