我們公司采用(yong)(yong)的是(shi)非(fei)全日制(zhi)用(yong)(yong)工,什么是(shi)非(fei)全日制(zhi)用(yong)(yong)工,適(shi)用(yong)(yong)最(zui)低(di)工資嗎?

根據《勞(lao)動合同法》第六十八(ba)條(tiao)的規(gui)定,非全日(ri)(ri)制(zhi)用(yong)工(gong),是指(zhi)以(yi)小(xiao)(xiao)時計酬為(wei)主、勞(lao)動者在同一用(yong)人單位(wei)一般平(ping)均每(mei)日(ri)(ri)工(gong)作時間不超過(guo)四小(xiao)(xiao)時,每(mei)周工(gong)作時間累計不超過(guo)二(er)十四小(xiao)(xiao)時的用(yong)工(gong)形式。非全日(ri)(ri)制(zhi)用(yong)工(gong)勞(lao)動者同樣受最低工(gong)資保障,《勞(lao)動合同法》規(gui)定:非全日(ri)(ri)制(zhi)用(yong)工(gong)小(xiao)(xiao)時計酬標(biao)準不得(de)低于用(yong)人單位(wei)所在地(di)人民政府規(gui)定的最低小(xiao)(xiao)時工(gong)資標(biao)準。
