經批準(zhun)(zhun)實行不定時(shi)(shi)工(gong)作(zuo)制(zhi)的職(zhi)工(gong),不受勞(lao)動(dong)法關于日延(yan)長工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)標準(zhun)(zhun)和(he)月延(yan)長工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)標準(zhun)(zhun)的限制(zhi),但用人單(dan)位應(ying)采用集中工(gong)作(zuo)、集中休息(xi)、輪休調休、彈性工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)等適當(dang)的工(gong)作(zuo)和(he)休息(xi)方式,確保(bao)職(zhi)工(gong)的休息(xi)休假權(quan)利。
