《勞動合(he)(he)同法實施(shi)條例(li)》第十(shi)條規定:“勞動者非(fei)因(yin)本人(ren)原因(yin)從原用(yong)人(ren)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)被(bei)安排到新(xin)用(yong)人(ren)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)工(gong)作的,勞動者在原用(yong)人(ren)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)的工(gong)作年(nian)(nian)限(xian)合(he)(he)并計(ji)算為新(xin)用(yong)人(ren)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)的工(gong)作年(nian)(nian)限(xian)。”
