根據《勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)法》規定(ding),作為“小時工”的(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者,可以與一個以上(shang)的(de)(de)用人單位同(tong)時建立(li)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)關系(xi),訂立(li)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)。這里(li),與其他單位建立(li)的(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)關系(xi)是(shi)全日制用工下的(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)關系(xi)還是(shi)非全日制用工下的(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)關系(xi),法律并(bing)未進一步做出(chu)規定(ding)。
