試用期員工不認證工作怎么辦?

勞動者(zhe)不能(neng)勝(sheng)任(ren)工(gong)(gong)作,經過(guo)培訓或者(zhe)調整(zheng)工(gong)(gong)作崗位,仍不能(neng)勝(sheng)任(ren)工(gong)(gong)作的,是(shi)不是(shi)可以解除合同啊?

《勞動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)法》第四十(shi)條規定,勞動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)不能(neng)勝(sheng)任工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),經(jing)過培訓(xun)或者(zhe)調(diao)整(zheng)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)崗位,仍不能(neng)勝(sheng)任工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的,用人(ren)單位提前三十(shi)日以(yi)(yi)書面形式(shi)(shi)通知(zhi)勞動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)本人(ren)或者(zhe)額外支付(fu)(fu)勞動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)一個月工(gong)資(zi)后(hou),可以(yi)(yi)解(jie)除勞動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)。這種解(jie)除方式(shi)(shi)需要(yao)(yao)用人(ren)單位提供(gong)充分的前后(hou)兩次(ci)不勝(sheng)任的證(zheng)據,以(yi)(yi)及培訓(xun)和調(diao)整(zheng)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)崗位的證(zheng)明。同(tong)時,單位需要(yao)(yao)依(yi)法支付(fu)(fu)經(jing)濟補償金。
