公司可以強制變更我的崗位么?

我(wo)以前(qian)是做行(xing)政的,想在公司強(qiang)制給我(wo)換到銷售崗(gang)位(wei)去,請問(wen),公司可(ke)以強(qiang)制變(bian)更我(wo)的崗(gang)位(wei)么?

根據《勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)(tong)法》第(di)四十條(tiao)(tiao)規定,勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)(tong)訂立時所依據的客觀情況(kuang)發生重大變化,致(zhi)使勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)(tong)無(wu)法履行,經(jing)用(yong)人(ren)(ren)單位(wei)(wei)與勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者協(xie)商,未能就變更勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)(tong)內(nei)容達(da)成協(xie)議的,用(yong)人(ren)(ren)單位(wei)(wei)提前三十日以書(shu)面(mian)形式(shi)(shi)通知勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者本(ben)人(ren)(ren)或者額外支付勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者一個月工資后,可以解除(chu)(chu)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)(tong)。通過這種方式(shi)(shi)解除(chu)(chu),單位(wei)(wei)要根據第(di)四十七條(tiao)(tiao)的規定支付員(yuan)工經(jing)濟(ji)補償金(jin)。
