勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者與用人(ren)單位發生(sheng)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)糾(jiu)紛后,勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者可(ke)以將(jiang)糾(jiu)紛提(ti)(ti)交(jiao)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)爭(zheng)議(yi)調解委(wei)員(yuan)會進(jin)行調解,調解委(wei)員(yuan)會應當根據自愿和合法的原則進(jin)行調解。經調解后,勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者與用人(ren)單位不(bu)能達成(cheng)調解協議(yi)的,還(huan)可(ke)以將(jiang)糾(jiu)紛提(ti)(ti)交(jiao)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)爭(zheng)議(yi)仲裁委(wei)員(yuan)會進(jin)行仲裁。
