《勞動法》的適用范圍包括哪些啊?

我是個職場新(xin)人,想咨詢一下大家,《勞(lao)動法》的適用范圍包(bao)括(kuo)哪些啊?

《勞動(dong)法(fa)》的(de)(de)(de)適(shi)用范圍僅包(bao)括3種類(lei)型:(1)中國境內的(de)(de)(de)企業(ye)(ye);(2)個體(ti)經(jing)濟組(zu)織;(3)與勞動(dong)者建立(li)勞動(dong)關(guan)系(xi)的(de)(de)(de)國家(jia)機(ji)關(guan)、事業(ye)(ye)組(zu)織、社會團體(ti)。可見,在用人單(dan)位的(de)(de)(de)適(shi)用范圍上(shang),《勞動(dong)合同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)法(fa)》比《勞動(dong)法(fa)》多(duo)了(le)(le)一個“民(min)辦非(fei)企業(ye)(ye)單(dan)位”,顯然又比《勞動(dong)法(fa)》前進了(le)(le)一步。因此,不管(guan)是(shi)(shi)國家(jia)機(ji)關(guan)還是(shi)(shi)事業(ye)(ye)單(dan)位,不管(guan)是(shi)(shi)以營利為(wei)目的(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)企業(ye)(ye)、個體(ti)經(jing)濟組(zu)織,還是(shi)(shi)以非(fei)營利為(wei)目的(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)社會團體(ti)、民(min)辦非(fei)企業(ye)(ye)單(dan)位,只要(yao)(yao)與勞動(dong)者建立(li)了(le)(le)勞動(dong)關(guan)系(xi),就應當(dang)簽(qian)定(ding)勞動(dong)合同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)。而(er)只要(yao)(yao)簽(qian)定(ding)勞動(dong)合同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),都要(yao)(yao)依照《勞動(dong)合同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)法(fa)》執行(xing)。
