用工單位應該對派遣員工履行什么義務?

答(da) 根據(ju)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)合同法第(di)62條規定:用(yong)工(gong)(gong)單(dan)(dan)位應當(dang)履行(xing)下列義(yi)務: (1)執(zhi)行(xing)國家(jia)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)標(biao)準,提供(gong)相(xiang)應的(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)條件(jian)和勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)保護; (2)告知被(bei)派(pai)遣勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)者的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作要求(qiu)和勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)報(bao)酬; (3)支付(fu)加班費(fei)、績效(xiao)獎金(jin),提供(gong)與工(gong)(gong)作崗(gang)(gang)位相(xiang)關(guan)的(de)(de)福利待遇; (4)對(dui)在崗(gang)(gang)被(bei)派(pai)遣勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)者進行(xing)工(gong)(gong)作崗(gang)(gang)位所必(bi)需的(de)(de)培訓; (5)連續用(yong)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de),實行(xing)正常的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)資調整機(ji)制(zhi); (6)用(yong)工(gong)(gong)單(dan)(dan)位不得將被(bei)派(pai)遣勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)者再派(pai)遣到其他用(yong)人單(dan)(dan)位。
