《勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)法》的適(shi)用范圍即與(yu)勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)建立(li)勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關系,訂立(li)、履行、變更、解除(chu)或者(zhe)終(zhong)止勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)的用人單位,包括以下4種(zhong)類(lei)型: (1)中國境內的企業; (2)個體(ti)經(jing)濟組織; (3)民辦非企業單位; (4)與(yu)勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)建立(li)勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關系的國家機(ji)關、事業單位、社會團體(ti)。
