答(da) 根(gen)據《勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)法》第10條(tiao)規(gui)定(ding):用(yong)(yong)人單位與(yu)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)者在(zai)用(yong)(yong)工(gong)前(qian)(qian)訂立勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)的,勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)關系自用(yong)(yong)工(gong)之日起建(jian)立。將畢業的在(zai)校大(da)學(xue)生畢業前(qian)(qian)與(yu)用(yong)(yong)人單位提前(qian)(qian)簽(qian)訂了勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong),其勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)關系也從正(zheng)式上班(ban)之日起計算(suan)。
