勞動者需要向用人單位賠哪些錢?

勞動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)違反勞動(dong)(dong)合(he)同的約(yue)定,在合(he)同到(dao)期(qi)之前解除勞動(dong)(dong)合(he)同,對用人單位造成損失(shi)的,需要向用人單位賠哪些錢嗎?

勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)違反勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同的(de)約定(ding),在合同到期之前解除勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同,對(dui)用(yong)人單位造(zao)成(cheng)損失的(de),勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)應(ying)賠(pei)償(chang)(chang)用(yong)人單位下列損失: (1)用(yong)人單位招收(shou)錄用(yong)其(qi)所支付的(de)費用(yong); (2)用(yong)人單位為(wei)其(qi)支付的(de)培訓(xun)費用(yong),雙方另(ling)有約定(ding)的(de)按約定(ding)辦理; (3)對(dui)生產、經(jing)營和工作造(zao)成(cheng)的(de)直接經(jing)濟(ji)損失; (4)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同約定(ding)的(de)其(qi)他賠(pei)償(chang)(chang)費用(yong)。
