企業可以隨便給員工規定試用期嗎?

答 根據《勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)法》第19條規定(ding),勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)期(qi)(qi)限(xian)(xian)不(bu)(bu)(bu)同(tong),試用(yong)期(qi)(qi)的長短也不(bu)(bu)(bu)同(tong):勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)期(qi)(qi)限(xian)(xian)三個(ge)月以(yi)(yi)上不(bu)(bu)(bu)滿一年(nian)的,試用(yong)期(qi)(qi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)得超過(guo)一個(ge)月;勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)期(qi)(qi)限(xian)(xian)一年(nian)以(yi)(yi)上不(bu)(bu)(bu)滿三年(nian)的,試用(yong)期(qi)(qi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)得超過(guo)二個(ge)月;三年(nian)以(yi)(yi)上固(gu)定(ding)期(qi)(qi)限(xian)(xian)和無固(gu)定(ding)期(qi)(qi)限(xian)(xian)的勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong),試用(yong)期(qi)(qi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)得超過(guo)六個(ge)月。
