企業可以隨便給員工規定試用期嗎?

問(wen) 最(zui)近(jin)找了一(yi)份新工作,工作三四(si)個月(yue)了,還沒給(gei)我轉正,企業可以隨便給(gei)員工規定試用期嗎?

根據《勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)法》第19條規(gui)定(ding),勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)期(qi)(qi)限不(bu)(bu)同(tong)(tong),試(shi)用(yong)期(qi)(qi)的長短(duan)也不(bu)(bu)同(tong)(tong):勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)期(qi)(qi)限三個(ge)月以上不(bu)(bu)滿(man)一年的,試(shi)用(yong)期(qi)(qi)不(bu)(bu)得超(chao)過一個(ge)月;勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)期(qi)(qi)限一年以上不(bu)(bu)滿(man)三年的,試(shi)用(yong)期(qi)(qi)不(bu)(bu)得超(chao)過二個(ge)月;三年以上固定(ding)期(qi)(qi)限和無固定(ding)期(qi)(qi)限的勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong),試(shi)用(yong)期(qi)(qi)不(bu)(bu)得超(chao)過六個(ge)月。
