企業可以隨便給員工規定試用期嗎?

最近找了一份新工(gong)作(zuo),工(gong)作(zuo)三四個月了,還沒(mei)給(gei)我轉正,企(qi)業可(ke)以隨便(bian)給(gei)員工(gong)規(gui)定(ding)試(shi)用期嗎?

根(gen)據《勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同法》第(di)19條規(gui)定,勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同期(qi)限(xian)不(bu)(bu)(bu)同,試(shi)(shi)用(yong)期(qi)的長短也不(bu)(bu)(bu)同:勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同期(qi)限(xian)三(san)個(ge)月以(yi)上不(bu)(bu)(bu)滿(man)一年的,試(shi)(shi)用(yong)期(qi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)得超過一個(ge)月;勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同期(qi)限(xian)一年以(yi)上不(bu)(bu)(bu)滿(man)三(san)年的,試(shi)(shi)用(yong)期(qi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)得超過二個(ge)月;三(san)年以(yi)上固定期(qi)限(xian)和(he)無(wu)固定期(qi)限(xian)的勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同,試(shi)(shi)用(yong)期(qi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)得超過六(liu)個(ge)月。
