兼職著犯了什么錯才會被解除合同?

我是一名在(zai)校大學生,現在(zai)正在(zai)做(zuo)一份兼職,什(shen)么情況下單位(wei)才能解除兼職者的(de)合同?

勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)者同(tong)(tong)時與其他用(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)建(jian)立勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)關系,對(dui)(dui)完成(cheng)(cheng)本單(dan)位(wei)(wei)的工(gong)作任(ren)(ren)務造成(cheng)(cheng)嚴重影(ying)響,或者經用(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)提出,拒(ju)不改正(zheng)的,用(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)可(ke)以(yi)解(jie)除勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)。 勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)者與其他單(dan)位(wei)(wei)建(jian)立勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)關系(以(yi)下簡稱(cheng)“兼職(zhi)”),用(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)解(jie)除勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)的,需要具備以(yi)下條(tiao)件(jian)之(zhi)一: (1)兼職(zhi)對(dui)(dui)完成(cheng)(cheng)本單(dan)位(wei)(wei)工(gong)作任(ren)(ren)務造成(cheng)(cheng)嚴重影(ying)響; (2)用(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)對(dui)(dui)兼職(zhi)提出反對(dui)(dui)意見,勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)者拒(ju)不改正(zheng)。
