公司安排補休合法嗎?

我是(shi)一(yi)名技術工人,經常周(zhou)六周(zhou)日加班,公司沒給加班費,而是(shi)安排(pai)補(bu)休(xiu),補(bu)休(xiu)代替加班費合法嗎?
