1、全(quan)面(mian)統(tong)籌規(gui)劃(hua)(hua)公(gong)(gong)司(si)人(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)資(zi)源(yuan)發(fa)展戰略(lve)(lve),開(kai)發(fa)短、中、長期人(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)資(zi)源(yuan),合(he)(he)理(li)調配公(gong)(gong)司(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)資(zi)源(yuan); 2、向公(gong)(gong)司(si)高層提(ti)供有(you)(you)關人(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)資(zi)源(yuan)戰略(lve)(lve)、組織(zhi)建(jian)設等方(fang)面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)建(jian)議,致(zhi)力(li)于提(ti)高公(gong)(gong)司(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)綜合(he)(he)管(guan)(guan)理(li)水平; 3、負責(ze)組織(zhi)分(fen)析評估人(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)需(xu)求,制(zhi)定招(zhao)聘(pin)(pin)計劃(hua)(hua)、招(zhao)聘(pin)(pin)策略(lve)(lve)及招(zhao)聘(pin)(pin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)流程; 4.、負責(ze)推動(dong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)管(guan)(guan)理(li)項目,包(bao)括(kuo)領導力(li)發(fa)展模型的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)建(jian)立與(yu)持(chi)續(xu)優化、高潛質人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)選拔(ba)標準建(jian)立、核(he)心(xin)(xin)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)評價(jia)、核(he)心(xin)(xin)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)激(ji)(ji)勵(li)(li)與(yu)培(pei)養、人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)梯(ti)隊(dui)與(yu)繼任(ren)管(guan)(guan)理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo); 5、構建(jian)和完(wan)善適應(ying)公(gong)(gong)司(si)發(fa)展需(xu)要的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)資(zi)源(yuan)管(guan)(guan)理(li)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)(招(zhao)聘(pin)(pin)規(gui)劃(hua)(hua)、培(pei)訓(xun)規(gui)劃(hua)(hua)、績(ji)(ji)(ji)效(xiao)(xiao)管(guan)(guan)理(li)、薪酬(chou)(chou)福(fu)利、員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)激(ji)(ji)勵(li)(li)、員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)發(fa)展、員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)關懷和保留等模塊(kuai)),負責(ze)對(dui)人(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)資(zi)源(yuan)相(xiang)關模塊(kuai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)理(li)、執行、監督(du)和完(wan)善; 6、負責(ze)建(jian)立精干高效(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)培(pei)訓(xun)組織(zhi)體(ti)系(xi)(xi),組織(zhi)完(wan)善培(pei)訓(xun)管(guan)(guan)理(li)制(zhi)度,提(ti)供系(xi)(xi)統(tong)有(you)(you)效(xiao)(xiao)、有(you)(you)針對(dui)性、可(ke)持(chi)續(xu)提(ti)升、前瞻性的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)培(pei)訓(xun);監督(du)各部門(men)制(zhi)定的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)培(pei)訓(xun)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),審核(he)培(pei)訓(xun)計劃(hua)(hua),檢查(cha)落(luo)實(shi)情況; 7、負責(ze)制(zhi)定適合(he)(he)公(gong)(gong)司(si)發(fa)展的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)薪酬(chou)(chou)福(fu)利體(ti)系(xi)(xi)和管(guan)(guan)理(li)制(zhi)度,建(jian)立動(dong)態的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)薪酬(chou)(chou)管(guan)(guan)理(li)體(ti)系(xi)(xi); 8、負責(ze)分(fen)解(jie)公(gong)(gong)司(si)戰略(lve)(lve)目標,制(zhi)定有(you)(you)效(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)績(ji)(ji)(ji)效(xiao)(xiao)管(guan)(guan)理(li)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)和制(zhi)度,組織(zhi)開(kai)發(fa)與(yu)建(jian)立考核(he)信息系(xi)(xi)統(tong),指導各部門(men)開(kai)展績(ji)(ji)(ji)效(xiao)(xiao)考核(he)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),合(he)(he)理(li)運用績(ji)(ji)(ji)效(xiao)(xiao)結果,撰寫分(fen)析方(fang)案; 9、負責(ze)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)關系(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan)理(li),建(jian)立員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)職業生涯(ya)規(gui)劃(hua)(hua)平臺; 10.組織(zhi)制(zhi)定人(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)資(zi)源(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)發(fa)展規(gui)劃(hua)(hua)、計劃(hua)(hua)與(yu)預(yu)算方(fang)案,有(you)(you)效(xiao)(xiao)并(bing)合(he)(he)理(li)控制(zhi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)預(yu)算,并(bing)監督(du)各項計劃(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)施(shi);
